Even though clean and convenient, will not stay again because of desk staff!!!
Pros:

The property was amazing. Check-in and checkout left something to be desired! We needed a receipt and were told that booking.com would have to give us one! We needed it to turn in at work and were told again that they didn’t have a receipt. They sure slid the credit card and our work requires a receipt for every transaction. A 2 week trip, 7 different hotels and this is the only one who wouldn’t give us a receipt. They finally gave us a paper but it was for a room rate with no taxes or fees added and no name from booking or credit card so company we work for couldn’t use it. We requested one through the Booking.com app and 10 days later, still no response. Thanks to this, our company has told us we can’t use Booking anymore for stays.

Our next 2 week trip coming up in 5 days will have to be the old time way of googling, finding a hotel and then pulling up to see if they have a room! All of this because the staff at this hotel do not know how to print a receipt if you go through Booking.com.
