Clean, friendly staff, good location!
Pros:

The staff especially Nicole was so accomadating and exspecially friendly.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was nice but I would have appreciated more fruit.

Pros:

Always clean and convenient with very friendly and helpful staff. The beds are soooo comfortable and the bathrooms are well stocked. I love having decaf available in the lobby for those late night cravings!

Missing jacket and reimbursement
Pros:

I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades and we frequently stay at Hampton Inns. I was disappointed when staying at this location, when my jacket was taken by housekeeping staff. 2 jackets were inadvertently left in a bag on the bed when we left the hotel. We received notification from the hotel that one jacket was left behind and we said we would stop by to pick up the 2 jackets, although the front desk said there was only 1 jacket turned in to the front desk by housekeeping (which leads to the assumption that the other was taken by housekeeping). The Manager committed to reimburse me for the item and when I followed up, indicating that I never received the reimbursement, the front desk said I would be reimbursed by Hilton Honors points, which never happened. Management has not replied to my March 22 email requesting an explanation or status on the additional points. The back-and-forth communications have been going on since early January 2026. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future, and will avoid Hampton Inns if there are other Hilton Honor options available. Unfortunately, we have noticed a decline in service over the recent years.

Not what I would expect from this name brand
Pros:

Not what I have come to expect from a Hampton. TV size compared to room size is ridiculous. As a Hampton Inn owner you can do better.

I liked the place. Great location and breakfast was good. Friendly people. One thing if you bring pet should be on the 1st or 2nd floor

Comfortable
Pros:

Front desk let us check in an hour early and that was so nice after driving for many hours. The bathroom was big and spacious. Parking was easy and there is a 7-11 a 5 minute walk away. The fitness room was clean with plenty of towels. The indoor pool was a bit chilly so we didn't swim.

Cons:

The pool was too cold to swim in.

Cons:

I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned while I was gone, the pool was cold, and the snacks were way overpriced. We were there for JOAD archery competition. Probably won't stay again as price was a bit too high
