Basic , bed was comfortable however - we ordeeed a king size bed and got two doubles instead

Convenient - and good place to walk the dog - but no doggie bags - need replenishing

Pros:

On our return trip, we booked with Harrisonburg Hampton Inn and found everything to be above expectations from our first visit, (mentioned in an earlier survey. The room was clean as well as the remainder of the hotel. The breakfast, as always was terrific and did not disappoint. I always stay at the Hilton brand hotels, mainly the Hampton Bay Inns.

Everything on this stay was exceptional.

Great staff! Hadar was extremely accommodating and helpful.

I will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Overall, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were so soft, they were almost non-existent. The air conditioner was noisy, there was a mechanical device outside our window that cycled on and off all night waking us up multiple times. The towels were as thin as bedsheets. The shelf in the closet was missing, no way to hang clothes.
