The room had a mini kitchen that was a nice feature.

The breakfast was free, but it was low quality and bland
I was charged for parking after my stay. There was no mention or charge for this when I booked, paid, and checked in/out. Nor was I emailed about the charge. It just showed up on my credit card a few days later.
It was a standard parking lot with no gates or barriers as is with most hotels, so i do not understand why they charge for parking after the fact. The charge was removed after I called to complain, but I did not appreciate adding on fees after my stay. That is very shady.
Everything matched just fine for one night staying with family members and two service dogs.
The TV didn't work well. The ice maker didn't work and the new staff person didn't know how to fix it. He did bring us ice from down the hall. Half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work.

Internet was slow. We had the water on the floor from leaking air conditioner. Bed was lumpy
Theres no way this should be rated this highly. The wifi didnt work. I didnt get breakfast cause i was 10 minutes late. The TVs are super small and you only get one. This was twice what it should've cost. Will not go there again.
Our check in was later in the night around eleven , Sara I think was her name checked us in with no problems and even made sure we had enough blankets and linens for the pullout sofa bed. She was wonderful . Look forward to staying here again

Great service. Our room had a maintenance iasue that was taken care very promptly. The only drawback, only one elevator was working.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. From the moment we arrived, the guest services team was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient during both check-in and check-out. They made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
The room itself was spotless—super clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. You can tell housekeeping really pays attention to detail. The layout of the suite made it feel spacious, and having the kitchenette was a big plus for convenience.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing, which made for a great night’s rest. It’s also in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and shops.
Customer service, cleanliness, and comfort were all top-notch. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.
The pillows where thin a very used. The trash was now picked up or room was NOT cleaned. Service stunk. The continental breakfast the juice machine was out of order each breakfast time. All you had to choose was scramble eggs and bacon, oatmeal that taste like paste, and waffles. I don’t want to stay there anymore for the price you pay. I would get better at Holiday Inn.
