The staff at reception, the car valets and particularly the breakfast staff all delivered great service
We got a very good deal after telling the phone representative about our annual convention. We did not have any issues with our stay and will always stay here if Hilton can give us the special discount like this year.
Moreover, the lady by the name of Zee at the hotel's Starbucks made sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond to serve us.

The disarray of the lobby should have been a clue. Our first room’s air conditioner rattled so loudly it was hard to talk over. The next room they reluctantly assigned us reeked of mildew. Housekeeping literally never showed up. The valets ignored us.
As a business traveler I’ve spent thousands of nights in hotels, this is my first negative review. That should tell you something. No more Hiltons for me.

We are staying here July 2nd-4th for a Convention nearby. The temperatures are close to 100s-- even at night-- feels like 115. A/C was not working. 3 different Engineers and an apprentice type worked on it at different times of the day and as late as for an hour around midnight but for no success. Room temperature never drops below 85. The Hotel staff shows little to no interest in fixing it -- as every time we had to lodge a complaint and then they will send somebody up, who will tell us nothing can be done. The compressor is dead. No alternate room. Nothing.
Wifi was also spotty.
Also, badly messed up our booking.
