Location was fantastic, definitely one of the best things about the hotel. Room was good really no complaints about it. We stayed during a volleyball tournament (I believe) so it was sort of loud but not the hotels fault. The parking situation was good valet did a wonderful job, Hayden and Carlos were awesome and very friendly!

Should’ve offered one complementary bottle of water for each room occupant.

The room was to far from the elevators, could of been okay to be a little closer.
I want to give a massive 5-star shoutout to Zee from the breakfast staff at the Hilton Downtown Richmond. She is absolutely amazing! Her caring, loving, and attentive way of taking care of guests is unmatched. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it reflects in her flawless service. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend management formally recognize her for her excellence!
I absolutely enjoyed my time at the Hilton downtown Richmond. The valet definitely stood out and Super Mario absolutely made me feel taken care with the valet and his staff was absolutely courteous and amazing so was I think Gregory I think he was like luggage handler everyone that I there the staff Absolutely amazing.
Zee was great I do not live here in Richmond I came here for a wedding. The service have been excellent. She really A+ customer service. if I ever come back to Richmond, I will definitely come here because of zee the great customer service.
Location
The room was terrible. Dark and depressing. It had one three foot wide window overlooking a courtyard. The door to the room was broken and wouldn’t close pushed it to left to make it fit in the opening. Someone looked at it the first night. But never fixed it. also room was never cleaned. I guess we had to request that.
Great time in Richmond. Valet was awesome at the Hilton
2nd of six hotels. Room 615 on 6th floor serviced by three lifts. One night stay. WiFi decent. Good sized but poorly lit room with two queen beds. Like an oven at 6:30pm when arrived (81F). Despite endeavouring to cool down, no success. Front desk called for engineer. When returned to room after dinner, still hot and AC was switched off. Returned to front desk and was told AC was broken. Moved to a suite on 6th floor (Room 605) which was much better. Again two beds, bigger room and bathroom. However, Lightweight curtains ripped. Complimentary breakfast also given as an apology. Complaint handled very effectively. AC worked but not very effective as temperature did not drop below 75F all night despite setting it cooler. Breakfast itself was disappointing re quality and choice. Can not recommend based on our experience.
It was so clean and smelled amazing!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the hotel was super close to the venue I needed to go to!!

Everyone I worked with was very kind! Jason greeted me with a smile at the valet stand bright and early each morning of my stay.
Good location, restaurants on site, clean rooms, comfy beds. Vallet on the more expensive side, but service was awesome, timely, and friendly. I worked with Mario for valet and it was a seamless process.
We had a nice time. The restaurant was good and the bartenders were amazingly helpful. But it was Super Mario who set the tone for our wonderful weekend. He was the first person we talked to and his energy was everything. Thank you Mario for your heartfelt greetings everyday. We will be back again.
