Enough disappointment that we'll never stay at your hotels again!!!
Cons:

Shower doors were dirty, mold and the bottom of the shower door. winkled sheets on a bed. No facial tissue in the box. Curtains have a gap, so I pushed the foot stool against them to keep them closed. When we arrived, the elevator wasn't working so the walk was long. When we finally got to our floor (2nd) there tables blocking off certain areas that was very concerning and the morning of the 15th there was a man working behind the tables on some sort of mess. The cleaning crew knocked on our door to ask what time we were leaving I then ask if we could have some clean towels. She said she'd get us some but never same back. As we were leaving, we saw her again and she she'd get them I said never mind were leaving and she looked at the other lady and spoke in her native language then they both looked back at me then walked off. I thought that was very rude.

Pros:

The mam that worked the over night front desk was amazing! Never got his name unfortunately. The pool area was relaxing as long as there were no kids in the area screaming. The pool area is small and everything echoes.

Cons:

The pool area is small and kids screaming echoes through the entire room. Saturday night we went to the pool later at night hoping the kids would be in bed. When we got to the pool area there were 4 young teens just leaving. They went out quickly and started noticing the things they did.. the entire room was soaked, including wet spots on the ceiling. A chair was tipped over and the legs were filled with water, guessing it was in the pool at some point. We also could not find towels. We checked at the front desk and were told there were 2 but the rest were all missing so others must jave taken them back to their rooms. After relaxing in the hot tub we moved to the pool and we also found the towels. Theres were about 15-20 towels in the bottom of the swimming pool. We pulled them out and laid them out to drain off some. I wish I could jave got coffee from Starbucks but I was told that only black coffee was available.

Friendly amazing Staff comfortable good value
Pros:

The evening bartender whose name I wish I could remember was really awesome and made great drinks.

The front desk Staff was all very friendly.

The hot tub was great first time in years we got to a hotel and the hot tub was actually working so that was amazing.

Cons:

The provided body wash and shampoo wasn't the greatest didn't really bubble up well but it got the job done kind of wish it was dove. Not a big deal though as we also brought our own.

Wish they would have had a free breakfast that was the only bummer about staying there everything else was great.
