Didn’t eat the breakfast.
The toilet wasn’t working. Also being with my family wasn’t to happy with the smell of pot in the halls.

The staff was friendly
Our first room had mold on the bed frame and the nightstand and the bedding was damp. We were given another room and they gave us the wrong room number so we were trying to enter a room that was occupied. We had to go back down to the desk to get it resolved
Room was not made. Door wouldn’t shut.
Smelled.
The bathrooms are set up for disaster. No shower door which can be okay however the set up on this shower does not work. Mix this with the tile it is set up for a disaster. I had the shower mat down right outside of the shower and still slipped and fell fully on my right side. Causing bruising and a cut to my left forearm. Marriott needs to review this set up before someone gets seriously injured.
The manager that was working at night was pleasant, same with the overnights gentlemen.
We felt rushed out. I went down at 830 to get luggage cart came back to my room and both keys wouldn't work . In that time house keeping knocked to clean the room.... Yes before 9AM.
I find it absolutely absurd that you jacked up your prices to NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS for the night that my fiance's company booked their Christmas party there. We will be walking across the street to stay at the Hampton, you suck!
Great outdoor patio space
We were driving through the area and needed a last minute hotel. We had a great experience there. Very nice location. We had dinner on site in the Bistro and had great service and very good food. I wished we had more time there to enjoy the property. I would definitely recommend this place. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it was perfect- quiet, roomy and comfortable. And a shout out to Faith at the front desk. She provided great customer service and assisted us immediately with any requests we had.

Shower doors were dirty, mold and the bottom of the shower door. winkled sheets on a bed. No facial tissue in the box. Curtains have a gap, so I pushed the foot stool against them to keep them closed. When we arrived, the elevator wasn't working so the walk was long. When we finally got to our floor (2nd) there tables blocking off certain areas that was very concerning and the morning of the 15th there was a man working behind the tables on some sort of mess. The cleaning crew knocked on our door to ask what time we were leaving I then ask if we could have some clean towels. She said she'd get us some but never same back. As we were leaving, we saw her again and she she'd get them I said never mind were leaving and she looked at the other lady and spoke in her native language then they both looked back at me then walked off. I thought that was very rude.
