I wouldn’t stay there again. Room was rough and with the breakfast we had to walk to the neighboring Marriott for the br

When checking in a Monica was wonderful and friendly.

Cons:

It was old. Wallpaper in the room was peeling and lifting, there were stains on the wall and carpet. Both the shower and sink drain were slow and water would just sit.

Great place to stay while in town for a sports tournament
Pros:

Great location near the freeway and lots of restaurants and retails nearby. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Monica made a fantastic first impression when we checked in. She was so welcoming.

I would stay here again, a nice location and close to the Highlands
Pros:

The property was extremely clean in the lobby and within my hotel room. The towels in the bathroom were of a different fabric and felt extremely soft. The room had to clean beds and was very spacious for the price. I had a refrigerator and a coffee maker as well as normal rooms do. The hallway were extremely peaceful and clear as well.

Cons:

Wish there was a microwave within the room so I could warm up food

Wonderful accommodations for our three night stay.
Pros:

Everything was squeaky clean! The staff was professional and friendly.
Our 4th floor room was quiet and we parked near the entrance.

People know us that my wife is going through chemo and they are great

It was satisfactory
Pros:

Was in town for a graduation. Didn’t get to experience anything else

Cons:

Was having back issues and it was hard to walk. Tim was a ways from the elevator. The clerk did try to accommodate to another room but it wasn’t close either. They did get me a wheel chair
