It was ok.
Pros:

It was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

It was way off the road almost in a residential area. The beds were hard. Gym was closed down. Never saw anyone from housekeeping AT ALL during our stay. The sign at front desk said only every other day of your stay but we were there from Friday afternoon until Monday morning and never saw anyone. And nothing in our room was done (trash, wet towels, etc). We almost ran out of toilet paper.

If a pool is a basis for renting a hotel room, STAY AWAY Their pool is NEVER open!
Pros:

The room wasn't bad. The night staff was very good...

Cons:

I called to verify that the pool was open, and was lied to about that. This isn't the first time we were lied to about the pool being open. We were lied to last year, and the year before. It is obvious to me now that CIS has no intention of having a functional pool for it's guests. We only stayed there this year because we were assured the pool would be open, and the cost was lower than the alternative. Next year we will pay the extra $25.00 so my wife can relax in the pool.
