Manager wasn't there but was calling the shots from home they didn't have a problem with us checking in @ 2a Saturday but charging us for Friday but when we asked for a late check out Sunday they wouldn't allow it & told us no 20 mins before we had to leave there was a to go order bag from some restaurant in our fall the entire time we was there from Saturday morning 2a till 11a Sunday they had no extra pillows the staff was often not behind the counter the pool was dirty was the absolute worst hotel experience we've ever had
The guy at the front counter the first night we got there was exceptional helping us.
Found cockroaches in the room. The key didnt work on the backdoor. The jacuzzi tube needed to be cleaned. The remote to the TV half worked. The AC in the room didnt get very cold even with it at 60 degrees. And to top it all off the lock on the door was messed up so we had to play with the door sometimes for a while to even get into the room.
The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was helpful and able to answer questions about parking available for us since we had a camper with us.
The breakfast was small, but tasty.
The beds were comfy and the AC blew cold!
The location is right off of the highway so it was convenient and easy to access.
The curtains didn’t close completely and our room faced the front parking lot. The security light was very bright. I had to use a hair clip to try to hold it closed in order to sleep.
The water was warm and the pressure was great, but the shower wouldn’t turn off completely so when the kids bathed, it was frustrating to deal with.
While shampoo and conditioner were provided, it was far from enough to serve the needs of the four people in our room.
It was clean and well maintained.
It was way off the road almost in a residential area. The beds were hard. Gym was closed down. Never saw anyone from housekeeping AT ALL during our stay. The sign at front desk said only every other day of your stay but we were there from Friday afternoon until Monday morning and never saw anyone. And nothing in our room was done (trash, wet towels, etc). We almost ran out of toilet paper.
We got a whole suite. It was very clean and quiet
