Cons:

I had reserved a handicap accessible room. The staff had to move us to rooms just to get a shower, but then couldn’t give us two single beds. So I never did get a handicap accessible room in the bathroom was very difficult for me to maneuver.

the layout of the room was fantastic

Cons:

the "free" wifi was only free if you signed up to be a rewards member. fortunately, that was free. also, due to its proximity to the airport, it was rather noisy.

Good stay for value; close to airport and walkable to Starbucks
Pros:

Location is great for airport access. Shuttle was timely and driver was great. He helped with bags. Also having a Starbucks in the parking lot was nice.

Cons:

The walls are thin and we could hear a lot of noise from the above room. There wasn’t a large variety of food in the market at the hotel.

reprimand to night receptionist working on 10/17/2025 -
Pros:

Checked out before breakfast opened

Cons:

Night receptionist did NOTHING to control the noise in the lobby (10/17/2025) My family's room (116) was close to the lobby. we experienced very loud shouting from 11PM to 1AM- sounded like drunken party. When my daughter called the front desk, the receptionists response was "we need to get quiet" making us feel she was part of the disturbance. The noise did not stop until we physically opened our room door to indicate our complaint.

The receptionist who checked us in that morning was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Kudos to that employee!
