It was comfortable
Pros:

I did not stay to eat breakfast. Wanted to relax in the hot tub but it was closed down permanently. The weirdest thing I experienced was the toilet and the shower in front of the bed. Anyone watching tv while you utilize them makes for a very awkward feeling.

The staff seemed indifferent to our needs. We stayed 2 nights so we could attend a wedding. I went to the front desk before leaving for the day and asked for full housekeeping before we returned and she wrote it down and said it would be taken care of. When we returned at around four pm not only did our key cards not work but the room had not been serviced. I went to the front desk and the clerk told me she didn’t know why it hadn’t been cleaned. She called the housekeeping manager who didn’t answer and didn’t respond to her messages. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t any there. I sat in the lobby and waited for a response and finally asked if we could at least get clean towels. I understand that mistakes happen but what bothered me the most was the indifference to our situation. After a long day driving to the wedding location and back we were expecting to be able to relax and enjoy the evening. No apologies or urgency, just that’s the way it is.
