Temporary Parking Instructions:

- Parking access is available through a parking lot off the north side of 4th Street and east of Highway A1A. Signs in front of the parking lot indicate "Ebb Tide Resort".

- A parking pass must be visible on every vehicle's dashboard.

- A walkway is available through the apartments and across Briny Avenue to the Ebb Tide Resort.

Late check-in can be arranged directly with the hotel. Contact the hotel for details.

Please note that on-site parking is closed until 1 August 2017 due to road construction. Off site parking is available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The pictures are very inaccurate to the current conditions of the property. We bad broken furniture in our room, mold in the shower, dogs barking late at night in room next to us, cops everywhere, neighboring room guest accusing us of stealing her cat as soon as we arrived. Beach access but trash all over beach and homeless people sleeping right outside of hotel. We did not stay we immediately grabbed our bags and left.

Beautiful relaxing and I cant wait to stay again

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here.
Very homey. Relaxing and very comfortable.
Right on the beach.
All the amenities of home but on the beach.

Pros:

The property is on the beach. Beyond that, this is not somewhere you want to spend $300 a night for.

Cons:

Moldy shower curtain. Visible pipes. Rusted bathroom mirror. Windows that don’t prop open. Old, tired furniture & bedding.

Our stay was excellent!!! We loved the beach which is steps away from the property. Karen was wonderful. The parking was good and the pool area was clean and comfortable. We will return
