The staff was always super helpful and pleasant. Our cleaning staff was a dream, they always left the rooms, spotless, and ready for us to enjoy our night's sleep! Over all the breakfast, the food, the rooms, and the location was great experience.

Stay was OK. The accommodations had problems and I would not recommend this property at all because we were lied to air conditioner was broke in one room for two days air-conditioning leaking in my room for a day before they fixed it. They did move us around and accommodate us, but that's not why we were there to move around. These rooms should not have problems, especially at the rate they rented it.

We had an amazing time!! The property is well maintained...the staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for local dining options outside of the hotel.. but the hotel had one of the best burgers I've ever tasted!! My wife and I enjoyed it so much....we are planning our return!

During my recent stay at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, someone broke into our room while we were sleeping resulting in the theft of my wife’s wedding ring. While the hotel offered a refund for our stay, their handling of the incident was deeply disappointing.
My main concerns are as follows:
1. Security Failure:
The hotel’s own logs confirmed unauthorized entry into our room using a cloned keycard. This is a clear failure of the hotel’s keycard security system, which guests rely on for safety.
2. Inadequate Investigation:
The hotel’s report deflected responsibility claiming that the loss happened off property just because our electronics weren’t
3. Selective Theft:
 The argument that only a ring was stolen (and not other items) does not excuse the hotel’s responsibility. Thieves often target small, high-value objects, and the hotel’s security should protect against all thefts.
4. Lack of Transparency and Cooperation:
 Despite promises of reimbursement for both the stay and the stolen ring, the hotel has not provided a formal written report or clear timeline for payment. I have requested full documentation, including security footage and keycard logs, but have not received a satisfactory response.

La vegetación en la propiedad es espectacular, es como estar en el medio de la selva pero con las comodidades que se esperan de un buen hotel. Los cuartos son cómodos y super limpios, todo de color blanco. La ubicación es muy buena para explorar las playas cercanas como Punta Uva, Playa Chiquita y otras. Además el hotel tiene un beach club con restaurante, bar y una piscina adicional.

El único punto no muy favorable fue que el jacuzzi al lado de la piscina estaba frio. Espero lo puedan arreglar pronto ya que todo lo demás fue excelente.

Absolutely beautiful property! Staff were over the top! Had a few minor issues which were quickly tended to by staff. Restaurant was 10/10! Only complaint was the beds are quite hard. Still giving a 5 star! Loved it!

I am not sure if we received VIP. perks but the property, food, staff, and room were awesome.
It was like a little oasis in a bustling but laid back area.
The restaurant, Gigi’s, was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The food options were flavourful and the entertainment made it extra special. Great staff in reception and housekeeping, too. Beautiful pool area.

Place is boring, food is average at best, during the day there's nothing going on, the music at the beach club is HORRIBLE, trap music, rap, at the night is the same. Staff at the beach club is great; staff at the hotel not so much.
