Good comfortable stay with attentive staff
Pros:

Friendliness staff, attention and explanations provided. Location was ideal for a matter I had to attend to in Century City requiring an overnight stay. Quietness of the room.

Room was exceptional as well as location. Good value for money.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in was exgremely friendly, but i feel overworked to be honest. She was trying to chevk us in, then random guests outside asked her for assistance, so we had to wait, then the toom key wasnt working so she had to rush back to reception to get another one and maybe 15min later only came back, ehile we stood in the passage waiting.. 2 cars were also parked over the bays instead of in their bay, who apprently werent even guests, so we had to squeez between them in order to actually park.

Good location, spacious rooms, could be better with a bit of investment.
Pros:

Location is excellent after long haul flights, although quiet overnight, it can be a bit noisy, from people leaving the Mall. The room was spacious and kept clean, the staff helpful.

Cons:

It is looking a little tired, the pool is so chlorinated that you are asked to wear goggles and swimming cap, so forget the pool.

Condomínio muito bonito, praticamente anexo a um excelente shopping Center.
Apartamento confortável para 4 pessoas.
Café da manhã gostoso, funcionários gentis.

Cons:

O banheiro da suíte não tem janela e cheirava a mofo, os rejuntes estavam encardidos e fazia um barulho do aquecedor. O outro banheiro era maior e melhor

Pros:

I loved the spaciousness of the room. After my last 3 stays in tight quarters, the space was really great. The bath was wonderful. It is becoming more difficult to find accommodations with baths.
The location, if you like Century City, is great. The mall is a very short walk away. I loved the pools, and they have a nice gym.
The entire gated community is very secure.
The view of the canal from my room was beautiful.

Cons:

The room can do with a bit of care. The signs of wear and tear are showing, especially on some furniture.
Getting to the room requires moving through a short but badly lit passage.
I read in one of the reviews about the superb breakfast. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The mall offers great breakfast options at a cheaper price
