Friendly and Professional staff.
Pros:

Thank you for the birthday preparation. It was very sweet and my husband was surprised. We had a nice bath and bubbly.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger aber trotzdem zentraler Lage

Angenehme Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Immerhin hat das WC eine eigene Schiebetüre.

Staff very nice. Like the location. Feels very safe and peaceful

Cons:

The apartment we had need a bit of TLC. Bathroom cabinet need replacement.

The move to the new apartment made a big difference to out stay
Pros:

Did not have breakfast there. Location was amazing.

Cons:

So the receptionist knew there was a problem with the wifi for a few days which was still not resolved, yet she checked us in and not telling us there is a problem with the wifi. We waited for about 1,5 hours before they decided to move us elsewhere in island club. The move to the new apartment was really good which was not part of Island Club Hotel & Apartments. To me it was about being transparent and honest.
