The staff was very polite and cheerful. The food in your restaurant was exceptional! The room was very clean and comfortable.
The only issue I had was the working of the shower fixtures. Ìt took me a few minutes to figure out how to operate them! They worked very well once I figured it out! Lol! Some simple instructions on their operation would be helpful.

De toilet spoelde niet door. Dit hebben we meteen gemeld en er kwam gelijk iemand naar kijken. Helaas was dat ook wat hij heeft gedaan. Hij zei dat hij het gemaakt had maar dat was niet. We hebben zelf iedere keer de vlotter een handje moeten helpen
Nice and clean. Free parking lot.
Location. It was hard to get a bus. Price too high for only 1 night, but still cheaper than an airbnb, wich is crazy.
Room spacious, shower floor tile non-slippery.
Restaurant breakfast was excellent.
TV was amazing.

Room excellent except for the sofa, which is meant to be used as a bed more than a place to sit. Extremely uncomfortable to sit in!

When we arrived early, our room was ready and the reception staff was very welcoming.

Breakfast was great; all staff were friendly. "Fancy" water available in the lobby was appreciated. Later check out time of noon was an added bonus.

I really enjoy when there is 24 hour coffee available in the lobby, I’m not a fan of making coffee in the room and definitely not a fan of having to pay almost $5 for a take out coffee when we’re already paying a lot for the room.

Not considerate. We requested for just 30mins extension or 12:30 checkout instead of 12, and we were charged $50. Also the front desk are not smiling at all. Both during our checkin and checkout. Not accommodating
