Very clean. This hotel is pet friendly and you would never know it by the smell. Most pet friendly hotels have a dog smell in the lobby. Not here. Also the breakfast was really good. The staff was attentive.
This HGI is one of the very best! We have stayed here many times, and it never disappoints. The last time we checked in, we were tired, and once we opened the door to the room, it felt like we had returned home (in a sense). This hotel is very well maintained and is in a great location. It sits back from the interstate, which we like! There are restaurants and shopping close by.
The property was clean and well managed. The location was good with many surrounding stores and such.
My only wish was if the room had a reclining chair instead of a simple sitting chair. After being on u your feet for many hours , being able to sit with you feet up is a big plus. But that’s just an old guy talking.

The facilities were exceptional 👌. They were clean and comfortable. Our room was pretty and well equipped. However, the chairs in the room were uncomfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. I needed a handicapped chair and the front desk clerk resolved that very promptly. The housekeeping staff as well as the restaurant staff were all so courteous and helpful. The food is great and affordable. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I had a great time staying at your facility. We'll definitely be back.
The only thing I didn't like was the pet fee. It's 75.00 when other facilities around charge 50.00.
Other than that everything was fine.
Nice hotel, modernised and clean. Customer service very good. Would consider staying here again if in the area. Two things for improvement :- 1) Change your soap dishes because it is a struggle to get the bar of soap out when it is wet and stuck to the base and because the dish has four sides you cannot slide it off the dish: more effort than it really needs to be, 2) would be nice to have complimentary coffee at the entrance as we get at other Garden Inns and also would be good to have oatmeal available at breakfast. I like to be healthy so ordered omelette but ordered it with cheese and waaayy too much cheese going on so couldn’t eat it. Other than that all good and a great stay.

Jay consistently demonstrates exceptional service and goes above and beyond hospitality skills. He takes ownership while creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed at the Hilton Garden Inn, which my family and I call a "home away from home." Bridgette at the desk always provides a warm welcome and we adore Lulu and Justine. Lulu came out and gave one of my kiddos shark teeth! She will never forget this! You guys have a very special place and this hotel staff is top tier! As someone who has worked in the hotel industry since 2008, and manages a collection of full service properties, I would choose this hotel to stay at every single time.
Breakfast was included and it was served by a waitress at the table instead of buffet

The pillows. Too soft, my neck was hurting and had a hard time falling asleep because of the soft pillows.
