A centrally located comfortable property in downtown Seattle.
Pros:

This is a well-located hotel in downtown Seattle. We went to the Paramount Theater and then stayed at the Olive 8. They are blocks away. As it is in central Seattle, good dining is close regardless of which direction you walk. They also have a really nice lap pool and Jacuzzi.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about the property.

Be aware if you use valet parking
Pros:

easy check in. friendly housekeeping staff. Easy location to locate.

Cons:

I went through an apartment fire and ended up having to stay in Seattle for a couple of nights due to work. With the bad rep the city of Seattle has it was safer (i thought) to have my car in the valet area overnight. When i got up in the morning i texted and asked for my car but when i opened the door, it appeared that someone ransacked my truck (glove compartment and middle console had everything tossed onto the passenger seat and the backseat had things moved around everywhere. When i asked about this at Valet, i was told to talk to the management team in the afternoon when i returned. I did speak to the manager when i returned that night and was told that they would check the security cameras to see what happened. No sooner than i returned to my room i was called by the management team stating that my truck was parked in a blind spot so they werent able to see anything. I had to stay another 2 nights which made my whole stay uneasy as i thought i wasn't safe anywhere. I was comp'd my valet stay but it was the fact that after having to deal with the apartment fire and staying at a hotel, i then had to deal with my car being ransacked while staying at a higher end hotel in seattle. I can only hope these incidents are not common especially for valet. i even had to ask for towels on the 2nd day i was there since my room wasn't set up for daily cleaning.

We had a Terrific stay ,great Location
Pros:

Great service,except the sign that says wine tasting ,when we want over & willing to pray was told ( not such a nice tone) was reserved for corporate only ,was disappointed wished the sign indicated that ,we ( party if 8 ) went to the restaurant dine & drank there despite it was very loud & unable to have a conversation but guess never know what to expect when you're away from your home State

Cons:

As previously mentioned , Besides the tables were cramped. & noisy unable to have a conversation with friends & family ,guess we're a big part 8 people

Good, comfortable downtown hotel
Pros:

Location is good for most tourist locations and ferries.

Cons:

I could not figure the housekeeping policy, which starts after the 2nd night, but only the bed was made and 2 new towels placed on the bed. Used towels in the bathroom were not removed, bathroom not cleaned or room amenities replenished ... coffee machine etc.
