Pros:

The customer service was okay, but the couch was old and the cushions were worn out so that we could feel the springs. The ice maker made frequent loud grinding noises when making ice. There was a water bug in the shower and we saw one cockroach on the living room TV cabinet .
I really come for the waffles and separate - albeit too small - sleeping area

Location was great for a visit to Ikea.
Breakfast was good. Typical American breakfast with a few extras on the buffet.
The maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. Staff in the evening were very welcoming.

Cons:

Staff in morning were not as friendly as the evening staff.
Sheets on bed were not fresh.
