Not exactly what you pay for
Pros:

The location was good and some of the staff was really nice. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was a smart tv in the rooms, but it didn’t work as such, it had the netflix and all on the remote but then it didn’t connect to the internet. I called the reception to tell them and the person that was there at the time seemed kind of bothered by the question and just told me that it wasn’t supposed to work 🤷‍♀️

Breakfast was also not good, there wasn’t even fresh fruit.

The bathroom needed some renovations

Memorable and will return to this hotel for it's high quality of rooms and service.
Pros:

This is a lovely immaculate boutique hotel a 15 to 20 minutes walk to centre. Service was excellent and breakfast such a good choice of cooked food, continental and pastries. All beautifully presented. Service, comfort and cleanliness excellent. I would highly recommend and go back.

A perfect hotel
Pros:

It was outside the hectic areas of the city but within walking distance of everything. Beds were comfy and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was exceptional (given that many hotels in Italy do not offer breakfast). Vegan options, variety of different milk options and homemade peanut butter which was excellent

The service was great and the decor was beautiful! The location was perfect - close enough to walk to major attractions but far enough to get peaceful rest. Terrific breakfast!
