Pros:

Everything was very good except from breakfast which is repetitive and does not have many choices. The selection of salty products is fresh and tasty but if you stay more than 2 days at the hotel it becomes boring to find the same things even if they have an à la carte menu which offers more ways of preparing eggs. For a 4 star hotel a more diverse breakfast is recommended for both sweet and salty products. I must admit the guys who served the breakfast were so kind and polite as well as all the hotel staff.

Very accommodating and friendly staff, especially as we were travelling with a baby.
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and our room was made up to an excellent standard each day.

Stay here if you visit Florence!
Pros:

Superb location. Easy to walk to everywhere. The staff went above and beyond, reception staff were very kind and welcoming and the breakfast staff and chef/bar staff went out of their way to help.
Lovely room, very comfortable, beautiful bathroom. Exceptionally clean.

Nothing. The stay was just great.

Unser Lieblingshotel in Florenz
Pros:

Wir warten schon öfter hier. Es ist auf Grund des Zimmers mit Terrasse im. 4. Stock eindeutig unser Lieblingshotel in Florenz. Die Lage ist zwar nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber die Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Bahnhof S.M.Novella sind alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles Bestens wie immer.
