Am avut parte de cateva zile absolut minunate in Florenta!
Pros:

Personalul este foarte amabil, camera a fost foarte curata si utilata cu tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur cat mai placut! Mancare diversificata la micul dejun, pentru toate gusturile. Locatia e aproape atat de gara, cat si de centru.

hotel molto bello, personale molto cordiale, posizione buona, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale. La stanza era abbastanza comoda anche se un po' piccolina

Cons:

la finestra della stanza da letto dava in un pozzo luce piuttosto buio ed angusto. Non ho mai aperto la finestra ed e' stato come se non ci fosse una finestra.

A lovely hotel in an ideally located part of Florence
Pros:

Good location. On the outskirts of the main centre, but only 10 minute walk to get there. Close to the train station helped as well, as again only 10 minutes on foot. The hotel room was very good and the air conditioning was an absolute necessity given the heat. Having a balcony was an added bonus as were able to sit out and relax when walking around the city became too much. Staff very amenable and sorted out any issues straight away.

Cons:

A common theme that we encountered in the 3 places we stayed in whilst on holiday in Italy was the fact there was no coffee machine in the room, which I thought would be a given, due to the fact we were in the home of coffee making. Other than that I couldn’t really fault it.

Hôtel très propre, le personnel est très attentif, respectueux et est aux petits soins pour vous.
La chambre a une grande terrasse vraiment très appréciable. Tout est mis en place pour que vous soyez bien avec de nombreux équipements.

Wonderful stay with lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel was in a cute boutique building. Nicely furnished and very clean.
The staff were the best! Alessandro was so kind and lovely, he made our stay. It was also central to everything so we walked around the middle of Florence.

Da limpeza. A prestatividade dos funcionários em melhorar o colchão. Os itens gratuitos da acomodação e geladeira. O café da manhã maravilhoso.

Da banheira. Dificuldade para entrar sem o suporte para segurar. O vidro móvel é perigoso de se machucar, principalmente para o nosso caso de 70+. Também o colchão bem usado, afundando o corpo.

The room was clean and spacious.
Hotel is very close to the main monuments yet just outside the ZTL zone to allow outside parking (they have valet service which was super convenient).
Overall, great place. I'll stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel at a little more than 10 minutes walking from the railway station, about 15' from Piazza della Signoria. Spotless clean, very nice and friendly staff. Good choices for breakfast.
