Hotel Rapallo

The staff were excellent hosts; the breakfasts were very good and the overall environment felt welcoming and safe. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I also had my laundry done while I was there. Excellent.

We are a family of five with three adult daughters, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to everything. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We loved our stay!

HR is a very neat boutique hotel in a really good location close to the central market of Florence and also close to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly!

Hotel Rapallo is perfectly placed to reach most things on Florence, including public transport. It is a quiet tranquil haven in the middle of hectic Florence with plenty of staff quietly on hand to help. The breakfast was excellent, my sister is celiac and there was a good choice of food for her. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The hotel was perfect- 10 minute walk to the center of the city, lots of great restaurants nearby. Nicely appointed rooms.

The hotel is very modern with nicely appointed rooms that are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The location of the hotel was close enough to the markets and attractions yet far enough away from the large crowds. The included breakfasts offered a great variety of options and the morning staff was always on hand to make you a fresh cappuccino.

Exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our room was spotless and attention to detail was evident every day. The breakfast, served in a welcoming breakfast room, was delicious and prepared in house. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Hotel Rapallo was a great find in Florence. It was a good location, clean, quiet, good value with accommodating and friendly staff. I liked that the location was not in the middle of town as it was extremely busy there. The hotel is located right next to a park which made it nice and quiet and removed from the action, but also convenient to walk to the attractions. It was only about 7 min walk to Medici Chapels, 10-15 minute walk to SMN train station. It took about 15 to walk to the Duomo and 20 to walk to Uffizi/Palazzo Vecchio. The room had all the necessities and the online photos were extremely accurate. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good, but I did not know you could reserve in advance which I would do in the future as it did get crowded at times. I found the Hotel Rapallo to be a great value that met all my requirements and would stay here again if I am in Florence.

This is a lovely immaculate boutique hotel a 15 to 20 minutes walk to centre. Service was excellent and breakfast such a good choice of cooked food, continental and pastries. All beautifully presented. Service, comfort and cleanliness excellent. I would highly recommend and go back.
