This is the second time I’ve stayed here with my family. We’ve stayed in the duplex suites and also the deluxe suites. We love the location near Siam area shopping and BTS station. The rooms are spacious, super comfy and always spotlessly clean. Above all, we love the staff. They look after us so well - each person we’ve dealt with has been thoughtful and warm. Just today, I was surprised with a cake and song for my birthday today at breakfast. So unexpected and incredibly sweet! Thank you Vie staff. We will be back ❤️

The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Siam Discovery Mall, with the BTS station only about 50 meters away, making it incredibly convenient to get around Bangkok.

The concierge team was outstanding—very helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The shower had strong water pressure, although it took a bit of adjustment to get the hot and cold water balance just right.

One area for improvement would be the toilet and shower door hinges, which felt quite heavy and could be refined for easier use.

Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return.

The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and was a perfect way to start the day, while the lounge bar provided a relaxing atmosphere with a good selection of drinks.

What truly stood out was the reservation and hospitality team. From the moment I made my booking via email, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. It felt like they truly valued their guests and went the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable.

From the moment I arrived, every single one of my Diamond benefits was not only honoured — they were surpassed. The upgrade I received was nothing short of spectacular: a gorgeous 80m² room that felt more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The space, the finishes, the light — everything was impeccable.
The facilities are top-tier. The gym is well-equipped and genuinely impressive, and the pool offers a perfect urban escape right in the heart of Bangkok. The breakfast deserves a special mention — it was exceptionally high quality, with a wide variety of fresh, thoughtfully prepared options. Not the standard buffet affair — this was a real culinary experience.
But what truly sets The Vie apart is its people. The entire team radiates warmth and professionalism, but I must give a heartfelt special thanks to Khun Queen, whose welcome was as warm as it was efficient. She made us feel like honoured guests from the very first interaction — the kind of hospitality you simply cannot train; it comes from the heart.
And then… the cherry on the cake. 🍒
In over 10 years of travelling the world, I have never — not once — experienced what the team at The Vie did for us: they helped me surprise my girlfriend with fresh flowers and our names printed on the pillow. It sounds like a small gesture, but in that moment it meant everything. That level of attention, creativity, and genuine care is extraordinarily rare.

Had a lovely 4D3N stay at VIE Hotel Bangkok. Being selected as a "lucky guest" for a room upgrade and lounge access was perfect for a chill tea time. The location is excellent; only 10mins walk to Siam Discovery, Paragon, and Sq, which is ideal for hitting the shops.
The service is where they really shine. Huge thanks to 2P, the doormen, and concierge for being so friendly and professional. The team is incredibly efficient too from handling a room maintenance issue with the lights immediately and even delivered a specific pillow request at 1 AM.
One small note: I loved the cute welcome dessert on day one, but it would be great to see some variety if staying for multiple days. Didn’t get a chance to hit the spa or pool this time, but they’re on the list for the next trip. Definitely recommended for the hospitality alone.

I recently spent an incredible 10 days at the VIE Hotel Bangkok, MGallery Collection, and it was hands-down one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

This place truly deserves every bit of its 5-star reputation — it felt like a luxurious home away from home in the heart of Bangkok.
The breakfast at La VIE was nothing short of spectacular. Every single day brought a fresh, beautifully presented spread with an amazing variety of international and local dishes — from fluffy pancakes and fresh tropical fruits to perfectly cooked eggs, pastries, and Thai specialties. It changed daily with new highlights, so it never got repetitive, and it set the perfect energized start to each day of exploring.

The staff were genuinely exceptional — warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and always going above and beyond. Nothing was ever a bother; whether it was arranging transportation, recommending hidden gems, or just a quick chat at the front desk, they made every interaction feel personal and special. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and modern with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views over Bangkok’s skyline. The beds were supremely comfortable, the design elegant yet cozy, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained throughout our extended stay.

What really sealed it as a top-tier choice was the location. It’s literally steps from the BTS Ratchathewi station, making public transportation effortless, and within easy walking distance to the major shopping districts like Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, and MBK. We could hop on the Skytrain or stroll to world-class malls without ever needing a taxi — perfect for both shopping sprees and sightseeing.

From the rooftop pool with panoramic views to the overall sophisticated vibe, the VIE Hotel Bangkok delivered pure luxury and convenience. If you’re looking for a 5-star stay in Bangkok that combines outstanding service, comfort, and prime accessibility, this is absolutely the place. I can’t wait to return! Highly, highly recommended.

Loved my stay! Ammy checked me in and was wonderful throughout my stay, so kind and helpful. Phleom (spelt wrong I’m sorry!) from concierge was so knowledgeable and helpful, lots of great tips and suggestions and made me feel so welcome. Vie is a wonderful base to explore Bangkok - so easy on the airport train and getting around. The rooms were stunning, the view absolutely incredible! Thank you!
