I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and public transport, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was immaculately clean with fresh air, well-equipped and quiet even at night, so I enjoyed a great sleep every day. The staff were polite, responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Considering the facilities and service, the price offers fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers and will definitely choose it again on my next trip!

The hotel has an unbeatable location, close to shopping malls and public transport. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, room service is efficient. Good value for money in this downtown area. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Bangkok.

This was my first time staying at VIE Hotel Bangkok, and it truly exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is modern and luxurious, and the Deluxe Suite was incredibly spacious—I absolutely loved it.

A special thanks to Khun 2P for the very warm welcome, which made a great first impression.

I also had a fantastic time during the evening cocktail at the Piano Club Privileges. Big thanks to Khun Jay for the wonderful service and hospitality. He made the experience even more memorable.

The drinks and food were excellent, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Overall, I had a truly enjoyable stay and will definitely be coming back again.

We arrived very early so there was a lengthy 4-5hour wait for our room, as we had just arrived from Zurich and I had a very ill wife on my hands I was not impressed.However within 10 minutes they found a room and it was very palatial. The service extended to us by all staff from reception to the cleaners was exceptional. The room was very clean as was all other amenities.it is very well located, close to huge shopping malls and plenty of local restaurants. The only downside is Bangkok city is a long-way from the International airport.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We stayed at the VIE for 5 nights in June 2026.

This was an outstanding stay in absolutely all respects. Service levels in particular at the VIE are as good as I have ever encountered - warm, friendly and highly professional.

Location is great - right in front of the BTS station, and with high level shopping and dining 500 meters off to the left, and cheap 'n cheerful markets the same distance off to the right. Hard to beat.

We were put in the 'Executive Suite', which is an absolutely huge, modern and well maintained room with a great city view. Room facilities were excellent.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a range of western and Thai foods. There was a dedicated vegetarian and gluten free area.

Status with ALL was noted, with room upgrades and access to the 'Piano Lounge' happy hour, with free cocktails and snacks. As with elsewhere in the hotel, the service levels at the lounge were absolutely outstanding.

I am a pretty jaded hotel guest at this point, but I can't find anything to fault at the VIE. Stop scanning and book with confidence - this is a great place to stay.

Good experience, plune and Benz from the concierge are very helpful, helped us book rides to nearby places. Hotel is clean and in a strategic location, breakfast ingredients of high quality. Rooms are big and spacious. Very welcoming and good value. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel really surprised me and was beyond expectations. Firstly the room - deluxe suite - was hugh and so so comfortable. Then the staff services from VieGastronomy-lunch and breakfast as well as Piano lounge was polite and friendly . Special mentions to Johnnie and Nico as well as the tuk tuk driver who all exceeded expectations for their services. Would like to be back to this hotel for future trips to Bangkok.
