Give this place a miss!

Convenient location, that's all.

Cons:

Service was non existent. There are no staff after 7pm, therefore requesting something as simple as some towels won't happen. I called the front desk after 7pm and was transferred to a head office interstate. They said they could only help after 7am the next day as there are no staff on site. That, and the lack of lighting within the room. The location is in the CBD but that's the only thing. Give this place a miss!

We love staying here. Friendly staff, great rooms and von Thai is delishhh. Also a handful of coffee/brunch places around. Comfy beds, clean, good shower - no complaints at all
