Ok hotel value for money
Lack of 24 hour reception felt unsafe for a single woman.

The bed unfortunately. Too hard for me.
It was close to the city.
The toilet leaked the entire time; the carpet is threadbare and patchy in the room; on the wall next to the bathroom, there’s an enormous wet patch and actively growing mould; the shower screen is too short so water gushes onto the floor after each shower; the furniture is very old; and the TV was damaged. Basically, a very average experience overall.
Location
The room was very clean and the bathroom was very beautiful. Everything was easy to find and it's on a great location so you can walk to where you want to be.
The fire alarm has a light that flashes every few seconds in the dark. So if you try to sleep that can be annoying. Other thing. You can hear the elevator go up and down all night and day. At first it can sound scary especially not know what it is. And if you realize it's the elevator it's just annoying after that.

Decent location.
Didn't book parking, despite requesting it at the time of booking, therefore missed out. Room was a decent size, bathroom was VERY in need of love, missing tiles on the shower floor, missing towel rails, the shelf in the shower has been glued back in there with some sort of yellow putty stuff.. Tiles are grimey & quite disgusting..
Great location, staff were very friendly and the late checkout was a bonus. Food from the restaurant downstairs was lovely.
The room felt industrial but in an unclean, dated way. The bathroom was extremely pokey, the bathroom tiles have had an DIY paint job that was scratched all over the shower floor and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The pool was also “out of order” with no known timeframe for repairs.
