Convenient location, nice staff and great breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast offerings, nice staff and accommodating with room issue.

Cons:

Charging for parking and water pressure in shower was low. We were able to have parking fee waived because we had a disabled guest with us.

Really convenient for Thunder Valley experience. Clean, quiet and close!

Pros:

Customer service was awesome and rapid. Front desk at check in and check out was quick and great in person customer service! The included Breakfast eas great and delicious except for one item We needed more towels and blankets and your housekeeping service was quick and excellent.

Cons:

On Sunday, the Gravy for the biscuits, lack taste on the watery size.
It would be nice, if this location had a pool.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Amazing area.

Cons:

As we were getting ready to checkout we noticed mold lining the bathroom door. Our room was definitely not as clean as it typically is when we stay here.

Was nice overall.
Pros:

The room layout was good, separating the sleeping & bathroom from the Living area. The bathroom was large & there were plenty of towels. The mattress was “ok” & the pillows my least favorite part. 2nd least favorite part was I could see light from the hallway coming through the front door, which allowed for neighbor nose to come thru.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was way to loud!!!! The shower was ok, however, the first room we were given there was no hot water, so we had to move rooms!!

Breakfast, shower temperature was good.

Cons:

TV would not turn off. If you press the power button, it turns off from 30 seconds then turns back on. I ended up unplugging it. The mini fridge was broken as well.

I know the hotels have been getting expensive in recent years. But I was expecting a higher quality for almost $300 per

The staff are friendly. The breakfast was ok. Although it didn’t have a big variety, it was served hot and had plenty for a lot of people in a busy morning.

Cons:

The facility is quite old. The air conditioner is too loud to keep it on at night. The room looked clean. But I saw some dirt or mold in the bathroom.
