The Moore, New York City, a Member of Design Hotels

It was such a gem of a hotel, very close to alot of beautiful sightseeing spots and a great place to do your morning runs. Nothing feels better than having to do those runs in NYC it just boost the adrenaline to keep on going. In my stay there I got to meet such a wonderful person in the hotel Juan he just made every morning interesting and fun to talk to. Overall great experience especially for girls gateway look forward coming back here once again

We recently stayed the Moore for a couples night out. It was clean and perfect ! The rooftop bar was relaxing and had great cocktails! The $40 credit towards snacks/ drinks was also a great perk! The rooms are small, but sufficient! Great location ! Close to Chelsea piers!
Tony and Juan at the coffee bar/ check in were great to work with! We would definitely stay again!

Juan & Tony were fabulous and took great care of my husband and I. They also coordinated a trip w Harold to the airport which was a great experience! Wonderful customer service throughout the weekend and would come back for the great service.

I travel a lot for work and visit NYC often but I love a local experience wherever I am. The Moore gives me the feel of authenticity while being backed by a well known brand. The staff are exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. There are so many wonderful touches - high end products and linens, cozy robes. Great location and lovely restaurants nearby. It’s a gem!

Princesa is the best person ever, best hotel

Friendly staff and were all ready to help whenever I needed. The room is small but doesn't feel crammed, so if you're considering getting a smaller room I was pleasantly surprised.
Bathroom is well equipped and good water pressure.
The pastries are really good! Highly recommend getting the pain au chocolat.
The surrounding area has great restaurant, bar and cafe options, so would recommend taking your time exploring as well.

Great Location. Close to all the art galleries in Chelsea and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. This is my fourth stay here and it’s always great. Quieter neighborhood and personal attention. Thanks Juan for the excellent hospitality!

The Moore Hotel NY was a special, warm, relaxing & delightful stay in mid June 26. We stayed on the second floor which was quiet, particularly at night and with lovely sheets, beautiful towels, and a really good bed/pillows. The room and bathroom were small but the cupboard space and layout were well planned and sleek! The staff were welcoming, sincere, helpful, and friendly. The cafe served nice tea/coffee and fruit & pastries. It was good to experience a New York Neighbourhood - the apartments & coming and going's of life in NY. The roof top bar & the engaging bar tender were the perfect ending after a day of sightseeing, dinner, and a Broadway show in fabulous New York.

Greatest service ever - very modern finishes with amazing bathrooms!!! Best part is the staff! Kudos to Luis, Juan, Princesa and Tony for looking after me at all times from early morning to late night! True hoteliers!!!!!

Tucked away from the hustle, this hotel feels like a hidden retreat, elegant and understated, while still steps from everything Chelsea has to offer.
The lobby is a refined spot to get work done, with excellent wifi and a beautifully appointed little coffee bar. Service was polished and attentive throughout, especially from Juan Carlos, who was accommodating, attentive, and an absolute delight.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants quiet luxury, comfort, and convenience all in one place.

the rooms are nyc compact but very comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly, and the location is favorable- super close to the 24hour diner on 23rd :)
