Won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

It was close to the hospital

Cons:

Wasn’t to the standard of other Hampton Inns we have stayed in. Bathroom door wouldn’t close, tub didn’t drain, had to stand in dirty water to shower.

Team work a Hampton Inn
Pros:

I want to send a shout out to a very special crew, Tyler, what a great job the most courteous person I’ve seen in a long while, thanks for being so helpful at the front desk…… and two great women who served a very good breakfast Ms Lola and Ms Luz, keep up the good work ladies, we truly enjoyed our stay and we’ll most definitely be back

Rooms are clean and functional and the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very nice and everyone seems to enjoy working there!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal!! Latoya and Lakeisha were so helpful and hospitable! The gentleman was also wonderful as well. I can't remember his name. I saw staff cleaning the doors to rooms, vacuuming and always pleasant and smiling!! I've stayed at fancy hotels and this was the best experience of hospitality I've had in quite a while!

What an incredibly good experience!!
Pros:

We were stranded by snow for 5 days and everyone went the extra mile to make us comfortable! A 3-star hotel with a 5-star staff!! In addition to the exceptional service, our room and every area we used were very clean. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, breakfast was quite good. Should have used the well equipped exercise room but chose to read instead 😁. Given the service it was a great value. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Was suppose to have tub, didnt! Main reason for book specific room. Took forever to check in bc rooms were not ready( it was 530pm), only couple staff people..line out the door waiting to check in. Food at sister hotel was horrible and server had to be asked twice to juat acknowledge wr were there

Beds are pretty firm. Breakfast good, staff friendly and accommodating.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Marketing
The marketing was 10/10, but the reality was far from it.

- Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the carpet was soaking wet — likely due to a leaking AC unit.
- The bathtub didn’t drain, the toilet flush was absurdly loud, and the door slammed shut with a bang, just like all the other doors all night long.
- Breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs were mixed with milk — not what I expected.
- The pool looked big and clean in pictures, but in reality, it was small, foamy, and uninviting.
- I emailed ahead and was promised cheaper parking info, but the staff on-site knew nothing about it.
- The parking lot was dirty and worn down, and I had to pay for it, but I was warned that they don't take any responsibility.
- Free wifi? Yeah, if you fill out a bunch of data about yourself... So it is not free...

I may have higher standards, but this was far below what’s acceptable for the price.
