Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was our 40th Anniversary and they gave us a room with a lovely view.

Cons:

My husband has back problems and he found the bed uncomfortable for him. This is not a,criticism, suggestion is to have memory foam matress topper

Comfortable, happy and I felt well looked after.
Pros:

All very nice, but I would like to thank the kindness of the lady at reception (I am sorry I didn't ask her name) who charmingly acknowledged my birthday with a gift of Nuxe soap and a complementary drink from the bar for me and my daughter.
I have stayed at the Mercure before and will certainly do so in the future as it is well located in relation to where my daughter lives.
The breakfast was very good. Nice coffee!

Cons:

The hair dryer stopped working, but was replaced immediately, so really no problem.

Pros:

rien a dire on vient a chaque escale a Paris .On est a proximité de tout et le personnel (surtout la dame a la reception) est vraiment gentil.Je recommande.

Cons:

chambre mal insonorisée on entend le bruit des portes qui se ferment et les gens parler dans le couloir sinon hotel tranquille

Très bon séjour tout très bien sauf l’hygiène de la douche où nous avons été déçus même écœurés
Pros:

Lit très confortable chambre plutôt moderne et propre
Hôtel agréable, personnel agréable, chambre silencieuse on s’y sent bien très pratique

Cons:

Douche très sale avec calcaire et saleté orange dans la douche ( saletés cumulés nettoyage pas assez important)

We voelde ons meer dan thuis hier.
Pros:

De locatie, veel betaalbare eetgelegenheden, waar locals ook eten. 3 metrolijnen naar veel bezienswaardigheden. Ideaal.
In het hotel personeel behulpzaam. Welkoms water en koekje. Je kon elke keer gratis water pakken. Ze zijn goed bezig voor het milieu. Mooi beleid. Duurzaam.

Cons:

Alles perfect, miste alleen koffie creamer op de kamer. Airco mocht wat ons betreft koeler.( was 31 graden buiten)
