J'ai été débité deux fois de ma réservation et j'attends toujours le remboursement de la somme indûment prélevée sur mon compte hors tarif Booking. De la part d'un établissement de ce standing, c'est inacceptable. Plusieurs messages envoyés aujourd'hui sans aucune réponse ni aucune réaction. J'attends toujours le remboursement d'une somme de 329 euros

Le petit déjeuner excellent vraiment super
La propreté de l’établissement
Et une belle surprise une jolie vue Tour Eiffel

Cons:

Le lit tellement petit !! Nous avons pas dormi de la nuit a cause de cela je mesure 1m70 et mes pieds dépassent du lit
Accueil par des personnes en formation, ce que je peux concevoir mais explication approximative, accueil très moyen, heureusement par la suite une personne professionnelle a pris le relais…
Par ailleurs quand nous avons croisé ce Mr (en costume) pas de bonjour dans les couloirs décevant

Pros:

The room was very comfy and the staff was very friendly. It's located close to the metro and you can get to the city center easily and also to the Eiffel Tower without switching lines. Some nice cafés and bakeries nearby.

Good location staff were nice. Lovely gardens

Cons:

Even though there is a chargeable car park it is extremely narrow and we have damaged our car. Do not park if you have anything larger than a mini!

Bed was very small and pillows were too soft for me personally.

There was no room service if that's what you are looking for.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom that would make me cough. Some mold in the shower that was cleaned after I informed the front desk.
