Une expérience positive malgré la canicule
Pros:

Hôtel atypique avec une vraie personnalité. L'emplacement est très agréable, dans un quartier calme, et le jardin secret est un véritable atout pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le personnel est accueillant et les services sont de qualité.

Cons:

Seul bémol lors de mon séjour : je suis venu en pleine période de canicule et la climatisation était malheureusement en panne. C'est regrettable dans ces conditions, même si cela n'a pas gâché l'impression positive que je garde de l'établissement.

Well worth that little bit extra
Pros:

There are so many inspiring little touches to the rooms and service at the Rosalie: having their own blend of roobois tea in the room; the quirky decorative decisions that give the place personality; the quality of the breakfast; the friendly, professional welcome and help I received from the staff. It also has great transport connections to the Metro. It’s the best places I’ve stayed in Paris.

Cons:

The immediate surroundings of Place d’Italie aren’t appealing but there are more interesting neighbourhoods within walking distance.

Excellent stay in Paris!
Pros:

Great place, a real oasis in a desert! :) VERY comfortable bed, room pretty big for Paris, clean and nice deco.
Great location as well and the staff is very kind are ready to help!
Really enjoyed this stay a lot!

There is noting that I didn't kine.

Très proche métro, chambres bien agencées avec literie parfaite. Personnel jeune, très professionnel, souriant: un plaisir! Mention spéciale pour le team petit déjeuner qui a l’œil sur tout discrètement. Petit déjeuner complet salé sucré.

Pros:

L'hôtel était propre et situé très proche d'une station de métro. Eau, café et thé disponible gratuitement dans la chambre. Le jardin est agréable, avec la possibilité de boire un verre et manger. Mais la cuisine était fermée le soir où nous y avons été.

Cons:

Globalement, l'hôtel rend beaucoup mieux en photos et sur les réseaux sociaux. En réalité, l'hôtel paraît assez vieux avec pas mal d'usures aux niveaux des portes, de la salle de bain, etc.
Notre chambre était également très petite.

Es un hotel que queda en Paris. Cerca hay una panaderia donde se puede comprar pan y otros prodcutos de panaderia, además te vende café pero el café de la panadería (debería ser una cafetería) es costoso, bueno pero costoso.

Wonderful. Would stay again.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely reception. Peaceful location. Comfortable bed. Clean space and beautiful gardens. Breakfast was outstanding. Good value for money. Was the hottest week in Paris, and the room was well air conditioned.

Cons:

Nothing. Loved it.
