Nice hotel in Place d'Italie.
Pros:

The room was very clean but it was quite small (not even a wardrobe or a drawer for clothes), the bed was confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ok.

Cons:

The toilet was very small and we had only 1 towel for 2 people. The breakfast was ok. Overall we were a bit diasappointed, the hotel is ok but I think it is overrated and too expensive (over 250 euro per night) for what it is. For the breakfast maybe it is better to take a breakfast in one of the many bistro in Place d' Italie.

Tres bon hotel dans le 13eme
Pros:

Nous avons passé une super nuit, le lit etait tres confortable. La presence d'une baignoire etait tres appreciable apres une journee intense. Le personnel a ete tres acceuillant et le petit dejeuner plus que correct.

Ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, ruhiger Schlaf, fantastischer Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht sehr gross, doch es hat alles was es benötigt und das Bett war super bequem. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, so dass ein ruhiger Schlaf garantiert ist. Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer auf den Eiffelturm, Montparnasse, Sacre Coeur etc war unschlagbar! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, der Café gut und die Croissants ebenfalls sehr lecker!

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer könnte sauberer erscheinen, obwohl er jeden Tag gereinigt wird, geben die Flecken trotzdem einen unsauberen Eindruck. Der Frühstücksraum riecht stark nach Essen, es wäre schön, wenn das ein wenig verringert werden könnte.

Heel fijn hotel, goede locatie.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging, prima kamer, mooi uitzicht (Eiffeltoren!) en heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

Geen bijzonderheden. Het hotel is - maar het is in Parijs - betrekkelijk duur.

Good service and courtesy of staff during my stay.
Pros:

It is not rich breakfast, too few variety of food, few vegetables, but supreme bacon in deed.
The staff is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Change the chairs at room.

Jolie chambre, bien situé, personnel très sympathique, bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Juste au-dessus d'un bar TRÈS bruyant jusqu'à 3/4h du matin et travaux derrière le logement tous les matins au moment de notre weekend.

Der Hotelmitarbeiter Andreas war sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Paris gegeben . Selten so gutes Hotelpersonal erlebt. Zimmer waren sauber und Lage sowie Anbindung an die Metro war super .

Stay here, you won’t regret it
Pros:

Very clean and comfy bed. Spacious by Paris standards.
Close to many buses & metros, but also walkable to city center.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the café employees. Wide selection of fresh breakfast items.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike
