Nice, comfortable stay! Our favorite spot
Pros:

All of the staff are friendly and welcoming! Food is great, We always have a nice comfortable stay!

Cons:

Guest rooms need a little more attention to cleaning the bathroom. Pillows are too soft

Stay here- you won’t be disappointed
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel when we travel thru Dover. Staff is friendly. Food is delicious. Room are very clean.

Very comfortable stay! Staff is exceptional and for is great. This is our go to spot!
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We had one small issue and the quickly resolved it. The manager came by my room to see if we were comfortable, and gave us breakfast vouchers.

Cons:

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner, there was a lot of hair all over the place, floor needed to be swept.

Excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dover
Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay. I felt like I was take care of by family, and not at a hotel. From the front desk, to the bar, to dinner and breakfast the next day, the staff exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the homemade banana bread at breakfast was incredible!
I often stay in this area and have tried many different hotels. I'm happy to say I am now sticking with this one.
In addition, the room was clean and comfy, and provided a good night's sleep.

Pros:

Mary at check-in was really nice. Smooth check-in and really nice room. We had breakfast in the morning and it was very nice. Very friendly staff including Ida and Carla. Didn't catch the cook's name, she was very nice also. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again..

Best part of my day is ending it here. I know I’m in good hands!
Pros:

I’m a somewhat frequent visitor to this hotel due to work and Jasmine is AMAZING!! Her customer service is 1,000,000% she always goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is complete . She really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is satisfactory down to knowing the details about you that matter most!! The morning staff for breakfast is very warm and welcoming. Rooms are always clean.
