Boa localização e conforto razoável.
O quarto é bom e confortável, embora a cama seja bastante baixa. No entanto, a TV não funcionou durante toda a nossa estadia, apesar de termos solicitado suporte à recepção — informaram que enviariam alguém para resolver o problema, o que nunca aconteceu.
O ponto mais crítico, porém, foi a cobrança da hospedagem no meu cartão de crédito ainda dentro do período de cancelamento gratuito. O valor, inclusive, estava muito acima do habitual devido à alta demanda naquele fim de semana, em razão de um grande show na cidade. Além de contrariar o que foi informado no momento da reserva, a cobrança antecipada me impediu de optar pelo parcelamento da despesa.
Quarto aconchegante. Cama confortável.
Foi entregue um quarto sem limpeza para mim. Cheguei cansado de viagem, com criança pequena. Subi no quarto a porta não abria, desci pegar nova chave, ao entrar, o quarto não havia sido limpo. Tive que descer com as malas, criança, aguardar vistoria e novo quarto.
