Muy buena y excelente pero para andar de paso, no para estadias largas

Todos los trabajadores son amables pero hay 2 jovenes que se destacan más por que su amabilidad es natural no lo hacen por obligación uno se llama Andry y el otro Juan muy buen personal, lo otro el desayuno siempre varia en algo todos los dias asi que no te aburres, cuando estas de cumpleaños te dan un postre de cortesía que dicen feliz cumpleaños no alcansé a tomarle bien la foto por que ya las niñas le habian metifo la manito

Andaba con una niña y una bebe, por lo cual siempre en las tardes compraba aguita caliente para hacerles la leche, jn dia en la mañana no se querían levantar tan temprano a desayunar por lo dije ya qeu no vamos hacer uso del desayuno que si nos podian regalar aguita caliente en un termo para hacerle la leche y la niña del restauranta me puso mala cara como si lo estubiera pidiendo que matara a alguien y me sentí mal, asi que decidí empesar a comprar todo afuera para no incomodar

Royal service and ideal location for shopping.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Hotel Guayaquil and can highly recommend it. It’s fresh and clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s not noisy even though it’s located downtown. The breakfast is good. The restaurant also has a good reputation in the city, especially for its special lemonade.

I’d say the hotel deserves the name “Palace” not because of its interior, but because of the people who work there. Someone is doing a wonderful job hiring and training the staff. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5+ for service.

Special thanks to Christian, who was extremely responsive and helped me organize my trip.

The hotel has an excellent location: a multi-story shopping mall is just across the street, and there is a large supermarket on the corner as well. Guayaquil is one of the best places in Ecuador for shopping—the balance of prices and quality is amazing compared to the USA, Europe, and Russia.
