resto staffs were helpfull

security staff who in-charged in the lobby doesnt know where was the rest-room
phone line in the room was not clear enough
A/C is hot
to switch on TV has to call engineer - not convenience
when made over the room.... there was still dirty mug there
bathroom was smell bad
