saya sangat terbantu dengan bagian reservasi.. terima kasih ya .. walau saya terlambat check out masih diberi senyum yg luar biasa..

Cons:

so far ngga ada sih.. karena ini moment new year ke-2 di Ibis Solo , cuma tumben aja kok sarapannya variannya sedikit dibandingkan kunjungan saya sebelumnya .

Mohon maaf sebagai perbandingan malam sebelumnya saya nginap di Ibis Styles Yogya aman & nyaman tapi ketika besoknya saya nginap ke hotel Ibis Styles Solo mengalami kunci kamar tidak bisa di buka (mas receptionis juga tidak bisa buka lalu panggil tim IT), kamar kecil, parkiran aromanya kurang enak,dan lift agak panas .Terimakasih
