Despite a few minor issues, the superb location made the stay worthwhile, and I would still happily stay again.
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Termini and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very close to transport services, making it easy to get around the city and explore Rome.

The staff were mostly Italian, and although I’m not 100% sure, they spoke English very well, which made communication smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. They were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

A great choice for convenience and accessibility when visiting Rome.

Cons:

There were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom was not 100% clean and showed some signs of wear and tear. The two single beds pushed together tended to separate during the night, which affected comfort. There was also some confusion at the front desk, as staff were not fully aware that the stay had been paid in advance. Additionally, the hot breakfast options could have been warmer.

The reception staff was great! Very warm welcome! Location was great.

Cons:

Cleanliness. There were finger prints and stains everywhere. The bath tube hasn't been cleaned properly unfortunately. I started to disinfect everything around me for my kid to be able to open the shelf door for example.

Cons:

Tiny bar. Small lounge. Poor bathroom with shower in bath and no handrail. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Water sprayed from shower over the floor. One dressing gown for two guests. No help with baggage up and down entrance steps
