Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. Loved being able to use the rooftop jacuzzi to wind down after a day exploring. Friendly, helpful staff. Great central location within walking distance of the main station.

Best staff ever!! Ricardo at the reception facilitated the process of getting a room check in really smoothly after certain miss fortunes we had from another hotel .
he was so kind and helpful and immediately did whatever it took to get us situated in a room ASAP.

Beyond expectations
Pros:

Excellent service and a perfect location, just a short walk from Termini Station. Ricardo and Claudia at the reception were absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, and exceptionally welcoming.
We told them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we entered our room, we found a beautiful romantic surprise waiting for us: lovely decorations and a bottle of wine. It was truly unexpected and made us very happy.
Our room was quiet, spotless, and very comfortable, with a coffee machine included. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the coffee was delicious.
The rooftop jacuzzi with its stunning view over Rome was the perfect finishing touch. It was everything you could wish for during a trip to Rome.
A special thank you again to Ricardo and Claudia for making our four-night stay so memorable. We truly appreciated all the care and attention, and we would happily return.

Hot tub didn’t work properly. Didn’t offer any kind of credit for the second night we had to leave early. A very expensive stay $600 for one night.

Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Stazione Termini und dennoch ruhig war ideal! Unser Zimmer war gerade groß genug, und war immer angenehm kühl.

Nichts auszusetzen!

Pros:

We selected this hotel for its location, a few minutes walk from Termini rail station. On the whole, we were pleased with our choice. The rooms are definitely on the small side, but if you can cope with that (and a compact bathroom) this place should suit.
Standard of cleanliness was high. We were not bothered by street noise. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.
You can’t beat the location!
