Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

A smart, friendly, clean and confident small hotel located a short flat walk from Roma Termini station and metro. A generous breakfast was an added bonus.

Tiny rooms
Pros:

I am actually shocked that this hotel is a 4 star hotel. We drove there with luggage, hoping to park in front of the hotel to unload it. But the concierge just told us that if there are no spots, there's nothing they can do. LOL. Thankfully, they had one of the hotel staff help us at least bring in the luggage. TINY ROOMS. We barely had any room to walk around. Sitting on the bed, we could reach one leg into the bathroom and vice versa. I will give it points for being clean, for the reception with help in booking us cabs at 4 am to the airport, and for its location. This is a budget convenience hotel, not a luxury one. So set your expectations right.

Nice hotel in a great location, but small rooms
Pros:

5 minute walk from the main Termini train/bus station makes it a great location, especially for travellers coming via the airport and using the express train straight through.
Hotel is very pleasant and centrally located, but it is fairly small. Std comfort rooms just fit a king size bed and a desk, with only very modest hanging space and no shelves/drawers. Room for suitcases was a struggle. Bed was very comfy though, shower good, and cleanliness high.
Breakfast was standard European buffet with a very average coffee vending machine. Bar is again small but serves great drinks and all staff were very helpful and friendly.
You can walk to all central tourist spots if your feeling energetic (20-40mins to most, 60 to Vatican) or the main Termini station has main bus and underground metro system. 24,48 or 72 he full Rome travel passes a great idea so you you use anything for as many journeys, for one reasonable price (E8.50 24hrs). Faster and much cheaper than taxis.

1. TV blue off light was too bright during night.
2. Smoke detector green pulsing light facing bad was disturbing during night. This could be fixed by turning the green light by 180 degrees away from bed

Pros:

Kahvaltı, temizlik personelin ilgisi gayet yeterliydi. Konum ana istasyona çok yakındı ve güvenli sokaklardaydı, çevresinde çok iyi iki tane restaurant vardı.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Easy to get to from the airport. Termini train station about 5 mins away, and about 30 mins to downtown Rome. Clean, very comfy bed. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff were lovely.

Just perfect.
Pros:

Perfect location. Friendly staff, comfy beds . Spacious room. We stayed with our 9 year old and she loved having a bath in our room, the hot tub was wonderful after a long day walking. We didn’t want to leave.
