Cheguei em Vitória e como tinha uma reunião em Serra, tinha que almoçar e ir direto com o cliente. Avisei ao Hotel que iria chegar mais a tarde, mas confirmando que eu já estava na cidade. A recepção pelo whatsapp foi bem fria, e disseram que as 18:00 se não chegasse seria debitado no meu cartão pelo booking, e se o cartão não fosse válido a reserva estava cancelada. Eu não discuto processos, trabalho com eles, mas se eu fosse um hóspede que iria me hospedar pela primeira vez, concordo que tivesse uma desconfiança. Mas já parei várias vezes no hotel. Era só ver o histórico. Portanto estava tendo o compromisso de avisar que eu iria fazer o check-in mais tarde. Não gostei deste tratamento e vou pensar se volto a me hospedar no hotel. Vou todo mês aí em Vitória.

Não avalio como positivo diárias de uma acomodação identificada como hotel, sem o café da manhã. Veja bem, estamos falando de um hotel, não de hostel ou pousada, mas sim de um hotel. Então, considerei caro o valor cobrado por uma diária com acomodações simples (não vi nada nas acomodações que pudéssemos enquadrar como luxo), sem café da manhã incluso. Como a localização me ajudou bastante diante de meu compromisso, fechei a diária.

Quarto (Apenas um sabonete para casal e a colcha não cobre toda a cama para cobrir quem for casal e a cama gangorrava de tão velha), estacionamento ( É bom mas não tem muita segurança como um portão por exemplo) e alguns funcionários.
