Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was so noisy. You could hear everything in the hallway, other doors opening and closing, people talking in the hallway. There was no soundproofing at all.

I won't select this hotel again.

The location is ok

Cons:

The beds we're terrible. Like sleeping on the floor. The room had an overpowering smell of cleaner. I could not get the tv to provide local channels. Even after asking for assistance. Breakfast room was too crowded and had a terrible flow.

Rooms were nice. Brand bew..a lot of amenities near the property.

Cons:

Difficult to get in until you were checked in. Park8ng is mostly in the back. It is a l9ng way to the front. Once you get your keycard it is fine. But it should be better communicated that the keycard will let you in the back door.

Also we paid through booking.com. The front desk told me I had not yet paid. I had to give them a credit card to check in. When I checked my credit card I was billed twice.

They only had 1 elevator by the front desk that we used, wasn’t told if there was another one in the hotel. The parking wasn’t good, they have you park in back, when we returned to the hotel no where to park, there were 2 trucks with trailers that took up 5 or 6 parking spaces, maybe more, they should have been parked on the street so that others could of had parking. They showed me the door from the lobby check in desk, of where to enter from the parking lot, however the entrance from the outside had no signage to let you know where to enter or exit, was very confusing. Upon entering our room you turned on the light when entering, but when you turned it off the light at the door the lights by the beds don’t work, that was very annoying . The AC unit didn’t work at first had to turn it off and on several times.

Ok place to stay. Very close to the hospital which was nice. Not the worst. Not the best.
Pros:

Trees, grass, dining space was ok.

Cons:

Doors for handicapped are not easy access. Few parking spaces, back door difficult to find.
Elevator was jerked and loud, finishes were damaged around elevator buttons and in areas of the room. No stair access by elevator.
Mattress came off foundation when you sat on the end of the bed…nope.
No smoking but could smell pot smoke in hallway. And a smoker was often at the back door where you had to key in.
