Clean and quite
Right by medical and that was what I needed
I was traveling in a large group there were eight of us in total. The hotel was very accommodating and making sure that our rooms were next to each other. I also had my 4-month-old grandbaby with me and they made sure to not place anybody too close to us for when he got fussy so that we wouldn't disturb other guests. Any questions I had the staff was very accommodating and quick to answer.
The rooms definitely need to be updated, the bathroom door would not stay shut, I believe the latch on the door was broken so you had to crop something up against it to close it. The TV in my room would not work as far as picking up local channels the only way I could watch TV was my daughter had to connect her Disney plus so we were stuck watching Disney the entire time we were there. The AC unit in our room sometimes worked and the plastic grill on the outside kept popping open and falling off. We were able to open the window and get fresh air when the AC started blowing almost sticky air into the room. The pool area needed to be cleaned pretty bad it was looking dingy inside the pool, the pool itself was warm and the hot tub was ice cold! It was so cold we couldn't even put a foot in there! When we asked for help turning on the sauna or turning on some heat in the pool room the lady at the front desk said she didn't know how to operate anything in there. So we really didn't do a lot of swimming which was a bummer because that was one of the reasons I got rooms there.

Manager was helpful. Counter staff wasn’t and when we checked out, she refused to give us a receipt for the room. She wasn’t professional. Sheets were rough on our skin. No extra toilet paper.
The room and the hotel were clean and offered good value
I did not like emails to pre-check. Also In the link to state when I would check out, there was an option to request a late check out. I clicked on it and received an email that my request was accepted and the new check out was 1:00PM for $55 dollars. Nowhere initially was an indication that I would be charged. $55 for two hours was a bit much.

Traveled here for soccer the hotels was very clean and lobby smelled good. Beds comfortable would stay again. Staff friendly.
The only problem we had was the cable kept going out for long periods due to the wind. But guess that can’t be helped.
