Pros:

The location was nice, just off the town but close enough to walk to comfortably. The parking was tight, and I do begrudge having to pay to park in a hotel where you are paying to stay already, especially as I had emailed ahead about disabled parking (not like I have a choice really).
I expected the room to be better, as I had paid an upgrade fee. The lack of a bath was very disappointing ( I don't often need a traditionally accessible room, as a bath normally does the trick) and it didn't feel like an upgrade ( unless 2 personal wee boxes of nice chocolates were the upgrade?). The beds were nice and big and the staff accommodating. There was a distinct lack of vegetarian options in the menus, which was a shame, however the bread selection for breakfast was delicious.
Don't think I would stay again, as the upgrade was such a disappointment ( my husband didn't realise that I had paid for an upgrade!), and the lack of a bath in a premium room is very odd, as well as disabled parking being g very expensive for what it was.
I don't normally have to declare my 'needs', as long as there is parking and a bath I can generally use any room ( most hotel corridors and lifts are fine with my mobility scooter).

Cons:

No bath, paying for parking, very few vegetarian options, very disappointing room 'upgrade'.

Pros:

It was lovely and clean. The room we had very lovely.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was ok. The hot food was not refilled when we went down for breakfast, so therefore not everything was available to choose from. The toaster was extremely slow maybe you could look into changing the way you make toast. I have to say the selection of fruit and yogurt was lovely as was the cereal selection and croissants

The so called hot breakfast was cold and a bit tasteless. I asked for porridge off two different members of staff. Iam still waiting for that. Bit disappointed to be honest.
