The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. My room had a walk-in shower, which was unexpected but appreciated. We enjoyed the swimming pool, a hearty breakfast and a good night of sleep. All that for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in that part of town.
Clean
We drove up with bums and homeless all around this hotel noticed a fire had happened on the top floor and the area was so awful we drove away. I was afraid to even get out of my car and walk into this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
It was close to the hospital we had to check in to the next day. Spacious room!! Housekeepers and front desk were so friendly. Will be a place we stay often!
No complaints!!
Very comfortable bed and good breakfast.
I stayed in the king suite. It was very nice, clean and spacious.
Minor inconvenience:
The ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order.
Not much
The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking
The breakfast choices were very good. The beds were comfy. Rooms were well-cared for.
Location
Needs upgrade. Furniture is old. Bed was not comfortable
Checking in at 10:30 on a Saturday night made it feel a little sketch, but that was because of the neighborhood. People were walking all around, and I'm guessing it's because of the convenience store next door. When the sun came up on Sunday, I realized it's actually a good place and felt safe.
The hotel itself was great! The inner door is locked after hours, so I felt secure ringing the bell during check in. Cindy was the overnight clerk, and she was super nice! The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was adequate with several options.
My room had a coffee maker, a blow dryer, and a tv with good channel options (and a Netflix app if you have that). The a/c worked good, and the bed was amazingly comfortable!
The only downsides were the elevator made me nervous the way it operates, and the pool was just murky enough I didn't want to use it. I do wish I had used the gym room - it was never occupied and had the equipment I would use at home.
I would definitely stay here again on future visits to OKC, and it is really a good stay for the price!
I loved the Welcome Smith on the Tv and the beautiful Swans on the spa tub. It was so amazing.
The breakfast was bad. We got there in line at 9 and the kitchen was not to close till 10. No hot food and batter for waffles. We were not the only ones with no hot items. Staff was wanting to clean and go.
The hotel needs renovation. Our tub had rust and felt and sounded like it was going to fall in. The curtains had 12 holes in them. The carpet was coming up. No iron and laundry bag. Not clean had smell. The bathroom door would not close. Staff didn’t bring us towels and when we asked we were given small pool towels.
