Refrigerator in the room didn't work atoll. Didn't realize it until the morning.
Pool water was too cold for an indoor pool.
breakfast egg was cold, and oatmeal under cooked.
Located in a bad area. The view was so disturbing for people shooting up heroine in the parking lot and was so unsafe. The manager was not nice. I let her know I left some things behind (tooth brush and shower cap) and she insisted on me buying them from the gift shop when the bathroom sign says they have complimentary ones. (Shower cap and tooth brush in gift shop totaled to $10. WOW!) I mentioned that sign I seen in the bathroom and she finally went to get me some from the front desk but was huffy.
Friendly staff, super clean rooms, excellent breakfast options
Good breakfast, staff very helpful, nice breakfast.
My room had a funky smell and really in need of updating paint and either cleaning or replacing carpet. While the bath was clean and beds clean and comfortable the walls look dirty.
Was at a good location. Lots of restaurants nearby
There was some trash in the hallways and the icemaker did not work on our floor
The whole stay was great. In tell we went to leave and someone had been smoking weed on our floor. Yuck I did let the ladies at the desk know about it, but other then that we had a good stay.
Quietness
We arrived and were greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in efficiently. Traveling from Delaware to AZ, this made a good stopping point for my friend and my dog. The hotel was close to many dining options that were easily accessible by foot or car. Breakfast provided in the AM was a bonus. The rooms were clean and provided what we needed for a quick stop on our route.
