Rami vieta, puikus susisiekimas su miesto centru ir senamiesčiu. Šalia pasivaikščiojimo zonos, dviračių takai, jūra. Viešbutis tvarkingas, modernus, kambaryje šilta ir jauku, yra kondicionierius, arbatinukas ir puodeliai, patogi lova, šildomos vonios grindys. Kambariai tvarkomi kiekvieną dieną, personalas paslaugus, draugiškas. Skanūs ir sotūs pusryčiai, jauki pusryčių zona, yra baras. Vakarais veikia baseino zona. Puiki vieta ilgesniam apsistojimui ar vienai nakčiai, už kelių šimtų metrų yra zoologijos sodas, didelis prekybos centras.

Too noisy!
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

I was informed about the room size. What was not mentioned was noise - there was a ventilation system just above the ceiling and the noise was horrible during the nighttime. Zero sleep. This room in groundfloor is for sure not suitable for providing accomodation. Noise level was up to 80db in the room, this is total rip-off.

Quite expensive and not sure a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned in between the nights although room service was requested. The beds were not made and nothing was touched, not even the towel in the bathroom floor. Only the toilet garbage bin was emptied.
There were no proper curtains to block the day light on the window.
For later check out you need to pay 10€/hour.
Ones there was a lady on the counter who could speak only Russian.

Mistä sitä alkais ekaks jääkaappi poistettu ilmastointi ei toimi koppi on kylmä jos ei siirrä verhoja pois patterin edestä ja käännä parterin termostaatista lämpöä päälle samoin sängyt saapuessamme pisti silmään lakanat väittäisin että ei olli vaihdettu tai sitte pesula on kussu silmään hoteĺlia ja lähettäny silittämättömät lakanat pois lähtiessämme odotin ja katsoin siivojalla ei ollu uusia lakanoita ainoastaan pyyhkeet ja roskapussi eli petamisella mennään olen majoittunut k.o hotellissa usein mutta jotain on muuttunut ei missään nimessä 3 tähteä en todennäköisesti majoitu rocca al mare hotellissa enää.
