0. Zero. Don’t deserve a 1. Stayed the 26th They allowed a private party at the hotel to play doff doff music EXTREMELY loud until 6am. At 3am I phoned reception and asked for earplugs which they didn’t have. Yes I complained the next morning. Asked if they would like me to play loud music in there reception area, the answer was no, so why was it ok all night long. No sleep, yes super grumpy. Otherwise it was just middle of the road looking tied around the edges and over priced drinks and dining options. Didn’t even pay that much for wine for 2and a half months in Europe be wary of staying here.

This booking marked the beginning of a trip that we had been planning for a long time and for which we saved a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, our experience at your hotel has soured our overall experience of India. We paid a premium rate in expectation of an appropriate standard of comfort, cleanliness, and service, but the reality fell well below what would reasonably be expected.
Firstly, the room key system was not functioning. We were informed that this issue affected multiple rooms and, based on publicly available reviews, appears to have been an ongoing problem. Each time we left the room and returned, we were required to wait between five
Secondly, the Wi-Fi service did not function at any point during our stay. As a result, the television services were also unavailable. This further reduced the comfort and value of the stay.
Thirdly, upon arrival on after a delayed flight and a lengthy immigration process. We attempted to have breakfast and were abruptly told there was “no room” in the main dining area and directed to an alternative room. The manner in which this was communicated was discourteous, and the alternative breakfast offering was notably more limited in both quality and selection.
In addition, the condition of the room itself was unsatisfactory. The shower was not properly cleaned, several doors had visible stains, and both the fridge and kettle were in an unhygienic state. This level of cleanliness is not acceptable for guest accommodation.
Finally, complimentary bottled water was provided only once during the entire stay. We were required to argue with breakfast staff to obtain an additional bottle.This should not have been necessary.
Before submitting this review I asked the hotel to comment and gave them an opportunity to rectify the many issues we had with our stay. They have failed to reply.

Rengøringen var mangelfuld og billederne på på Booking.com er gamle og afspejler ikke virkeligheden på hotellet.
Hotellet er slidt og rengøringen er mangelfuld, bl.a. på badeværelset hvor gammelt skidt og væske er løbet ned af bagsiden af døren og ved bruseren.
Servicen fra personalet var utrolig dårlig og de virkede nærmest irriterede over at man kom på hotellet.
Nøglekortet til værelset stoppede med at virke hver dag, så jeg skulle hver dag ned og have det programmeret igen og wifi virkede ikke i 1/3-del af opholdet.
Prisen var 4-5 gange for høj ift. hvad den burde være for dette hotel.
Overall, very disappointing. Online pics are deceptive. The rooms are very dated, bathrooms badly need updating. The front desk staff are not very pleasant and one lady actually told me the hotel had no outdoor seating when we later found a lovely outdoor seating area right across from the reception area the pool area!
Breakfast was average too. In positives, the concierge, travel desk staff were very helpful and pleasant and the reception area is beautiful.
The rooms are older. The bathroom tiles had some mould. There was a few issues with room keys and had to ask for towels however both issues were sorted quickly.

The rooms need refurbishment, staff is friendly and hospitable. Im happy with the overall atmosphere and not sure about the location given there seems to be a club next to the hotel that at times causes a lot of noise especiqlly when one wants to prepare reports for the following day or prepare for business meetings.

Old rooms with leaky bathrooms. There was only one power socket in the room. Same socket for all your electronics and the steam iron. Must carry your multiplug.
Room key cards are outdated. Every time you go out, it needs to be reset.
Breakfast - worst section of menu. Taste is not at all manageable. Limited range. No eggless bakery items.
If you compromise this much, then why stay at 5 star.
