Pros:

Only the staff for cleanliness is good and the bell boys. The staff at the restaurant is clueless and unattentive. The reception is very selective in customer service.
The breakfast standard has verging very poor although the chefs are good. Courtesy is totally lacking and no attention at details Choices

Pros:

The hotel entrance and sitting lobby was glamorous.

Cons:

No one attended us to show our room and luggage, even though we waited 40 mins for check-in.
Late reply from house keeping and reception many times.
Difficult to access the swimming pool privately because so many young boys, girls, staff and bouncers were going to the hotel club from the front of pool.

Bierbrauerei& Club im Hotel
Der Pool und der Garten haben eine schöne Atmosphäre im Hotel-Garten kreiert
Theoretisch hätte man auch den Dampfraum und die Sauna kostenlos benutzen können und Spa-Anwwendungen machen können. Diese natürlich gegen Aufpreis. Leider hat das zeitlich mit den Öffnungszeiten bei mir nicht gepasst

Cons:

Die Preise in der Bierbrauerei und dem Club sind wie in Deutschland bzw höher. In Indien hätte ich niedrige Preise für alkoholische Getränke erwartet

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn die Öffnungszeiten für den Pool bzw die Spa-Behandlungen nicht schon ab 19/20:00 geschlossen gewesen wären. Dadurch, dass ich tagsüber Touren gebucht hatte, konnte ich diese Angebote leider nicht nutzen. Ich verstehe aber auch, dass die Mitarbeiter dann abends Feierabend haben wollen. Aber für mich wäre es schöner gewesen wenn sie länger offen gewesen wären

Die Klimaanlage konnte man zwar auf der Fernbedienung temperaturmäßig verstellen, aber sie hat sich von selbst wieder zurück gestellt (allerdings muss man auch fairerweise sagen, dass ich das nicht bei der Rezeption angesprochen habe)
