Pues la verdad desde el inicio la estancia fue frustante, estresante y por lo tanto mala estancia

Un dia antes de mi llegada hicieron retención de la noche solicitada pero en lugar dw hacerla por 1443.00 pesos me la hicieron por 7443.00 obvio el banco me.retuvo esa cantidad de dinero no me avisaron que se habían equivocado si no qie yo en mi estado de cuenta me di cuenta y fue q hable al hotel y asi es q cancelaron esta cantidad pero como en el banco esta en proceso no me.lo libera hasta 4 dias hábiles esperando q me.lo devuelvan y no me quisieron dar un documento para presentarlo al banco y en recepción solo dijeron USTED DESCULPE creen.quw con eso solucionaron todo

Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung!

Wir (Familie mit 2-jährigem Kind) mussten aufgrund einer AirBnB Doppel-Buchung kurzfristig auf ein Hotel ausweichen und sind dann im Hotel Ramada Plaza gelandet.
Es gibt aber leider nicht wirklich viel Gutes zu berichten.
Einer von zwei Aufzügen ist defekt, der extrem viel Lärm verursacht und auf jeden Stock und mit Sicherheit in jedem Zimmer zu hören ist.
Ich hatte extra beim Check-Inn gefragt, ob wir ein ruhiges Zimmer haben können, weil wir ein 2 Jähriges Kind haben.
- Ab 22 Uhr ist Party in einem nahegelegenen Club angesagt, der bis in die frühen Morgenstunden geht. 5 Stunden Reggaeton Beschallung in einem 5-Sterne Hotel gehen einfach gar nicht. An tiefen Schlaf war in den 3 Nächten (Donnerstag-Sonntag) war nicht einmal zu denken.
- An vielen Ecken könnte das Hotel Nachbessern und den abgenutzten Zustand aufwerten. In der Dusche war z. b. der scharfe Abflussdeckel lose, so dass die Gefahr bestand, dass man sich beim Duschen verletzt.
- Nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht sind wir dann am zweiten Abend vom Strand zurück ins Hotel. Leider war das weiße Nachthemd meiner Frau aus dem Zimmer verschwunden. Wir haben dann der Rezeption den Verdacht geäußert, dass die auch weißen Bettbezüge wohl zusammen mit dem Nachthemd in die Reinigung gegangen sind – hier wurde uns versprochen am nächsten Tag danach zu suchen – leider vergeblich. Nach Rückkehr am Abend war das Nachthemd wieder im Zimmer. Ohne ein Wort zu sagen oder sich zumindest zu entschuldigen.
- Der Pool Bereich ist ganz i. O., aber hier liegt man unter den Palmen und über einem hängen große Kokosnüsse, die normalweise entfernt werden – v. a. wenn sich darunter Sonnenliegen befinden

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, aber höchstens 2 von 5 Sternen unter Einbezug des Dauerlärms nur 1 Stern.
