Si volvemos al RAMADA BOCA DEL RÍO
Pros:

El Lic. Gamboa que nos atendió telefónicamente para concluir nuestra reservación se portó excelente 100 de 100; al igual que un joven de seguridad y el barman, fueron muy cordiales, amistosos y cercanos; conversaron con nuestro joven, sonrieron y le explicaron e invitaron a disfrutar los espacios; nos tocó presenciar como de forma firme, pero cortes y educada contuvieron a una huésped que quería justificar una infracción, excelente los tres.

Cons:

Solicitamos desde la reserva una silla para ducha, ya ahí personalmente se les tuvo que requerir hasta en tres ocasiones, pues no nos la otorgaban, aún cuando nos informaron que contariamos con la misma
