Unfortunately, my experience at Transatlantik Spa & Hotel was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel itself feels quite old and appears to need renovation. There was also a noticeable smell of dampness inside the hotel, which negatively affected my overall impression.

I also had a very unpleasant experience with one of the spa staff members. He was rude, unprofessional, and did not show the level of respect I expected. I immediately reported the incident to Guest Relations.

Regarding the room, we were placed at the very end of the hotel. It took around 10 minutes of walking to get from the pool area to our room, which was very inconvenient, especially when having to go back and forth several times during the day.

The activities were generally very boring and not enjoyable. The only exception was the shows held at the theater, which were actually good.

As for the disco, it was completely empty during my stay. So if you are looking for a hotel with a lively nightlife or a good disco, I would not recommend this hotel for that purpose.

Unfortunately, the food was also a major disappointment. The variety was very limited, and some of the meat served looked extremely poor in quality. After eating the food, I experienced what felt like food poisoning, which made the experience even worse.

The beach itself was nice, but it was also around a 10-minute walk from our room, which made accessing it less convenient.

Overall, my experience was poor and far below my expectations. The old condition of the hotel, the smell of dampness, the long distance to the room and beach, the poor food selection, the unpleasant staff experience, and the lack of nightlife all contributed to my negative impression.

I would not stay here again.

Le fait que ce sois du all inclu, la plage privee.

Cons:

L’hotel el lui meme tres ancien, besoin d’un raffraichissement, chambre decevante mobilier tres vieu lit inconfortable, rideau tres sale, parquet gonflee, mur papier peint decoller, en bref la chambre beaucoup trop decevante.
Manque de climatisation, dans les chambre ça peut aller mais dans les couloirs on suffoque.
Le resto pas de clim c’est dommage, et bcp de fumee si vs avez le malheur d’etre assis cotee cuisine.

Tres dommage car c’est un tres beau concept architecturalement parlant, mais manque beaucoup d’entretien.

Wir waren im Hotel Transatlantik in Kemer und würden es leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

Unserer Meinung nach entspricht das Hotel keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die gesamte Anlage und insbesondere die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage kaum – es kam nur ein wenig kühle Luft heraus, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war.

Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Leider war das Essen häufig nur lauwarm oder sogar kalt. Außerdem musste man oft lange auf Speisen und Getränke warten. Besonders am Omelettstand gab es jeden Morgen lange Warteschlangen, da nur eine Mitarbeiterin Omeletts für alle Gäste zubereitete.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war die geringe Anzahl an Liegen. Wer nicht früh morgens reserviert hat, hatte kaum eine Chance, einen freien Platz zu bekommen.

Auch die Handtuchausgabe fanden wir sehr unpraktisch. Dafür musste man jedes Mal bis in die unterste Etage laufen. Für ein paar Handtücher einen so langen Weg zurücklegen zu müssen, ist aus unserer Sicht nicht zeitgemäß.

Bei unserer Ankunft war außerdem der Hotelparkplatz vollständig belegt, sodass wir zunächst keinen Parkplatz finden konnten.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir besonders den Mitarbeiter Rojat, der jederzeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit war. Der Großteil des übrigen Personals wirkte auf uns hingegen eher lustlos und wenig motiviert, wodurch wir uns als Gäste nicht immer willkommen fühlten.

Der Freizeitbereich ist ebenfalls stark veraltet. Die Billardtische sind alt und abgenutzt, die Queues teilweise kaum noch benutzbar. Auch die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind sehr begrenzt und könnten deutlich verbessert werden. Hinzu kommen veraltete Stühle und Tische, die den renovierungsbedürftigen Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verstärken.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt leider nicht überzeugt.
