We loved the Westbourne Suite and Darina and Vivienne went above and beyond to help us and make us welcome...Excellent customer service from them and other staff.

Cons:

The bar area was very quiet and no residence bar so we went up town for a drink.

Perfect location with everything walkable. Staff was very friendly at the car park behind was convenient.

Cons:

We had asked for two rooms by each other but that was not passed through to the hotel so they were unable to accommodate.

Cobh getaway
Pros:

Great hotel in excellent location in this seaside town. The room was compact but usable. Bathroom and shower was excellent. Cobh was pretty quiet due to no cruise liners in - it would've been a lot more busy after we left given a cruise longer had just arrived.

Cons:

There weren't to many charge points in the room (power and USB) which was a bit of a hassle. Our room backed into the kitchen vents which meant it was pretty noisy when we had the window open. No aircon but we managed.
