The location is great and the bar staff were good the reception staff just ok not very friendly
we had breakfast one morning it was really good and also the food in the bar is very good I would definatly recommend eating here
The bathroom door in the room was stuck on the carpet so really had to push it to close. The room was very noisy it was our choice to have the window opened so not complaining about that but you could hear people upstairs walking around and also along the corridors its very loud and in fairness i dont think staff were making noise but you could hear them talking clearly its just the room doesnt keep out the noise

Staff friendly at check in, parking was a little tricky if you can’t find one I. The dedicated parking area at the rear of the motel. Room was beautiful - we had a Seaview suite the view was incredible.
Bathroom was clean, ammenities great, bed was comfortable. You have to book your breakfast time but it wasn’t overly busy and options are great! We ate here for dinner one night and food was very good.
I highly recommend this hotel, it was a pleasure to stay here.

There is no dedicated bar (only in dining room). Television in room didn’t work too well - had to get someone up to look at it & still kept losing the picture.
Good location and a very high standard of cleaning. Well done to housekeeping. We had a small double which was very good for us for the price.
Our television didn’t work the first night and they wouldn’t let us move rooms because we had paid for a cheap room. However, I do believe that if you have “cheap” broken TV’s then we should have been upgraded to avoid this feedback.
