Free parking clean no noise. Room clean no bath just nice big shower no problems price ok staff good no problems no mold like Perimer in.

Can only say I am very impressed with this hotel, a call prior to my stay a few days earlier to say I was a coeliac and they came up trumps, every evening meal was gluten free (not that I even suspect other diners knew this) absolutely made my day so a super big thankyou to the chef and team. Had a good breakfast too. All the staff here are so lovely and accommodating, the hotel is clean and fresh and I would definitely return

I stayed two nights at the hotel 24/11 - 26/11. The hotel is well laid out with a nice , bright modern lounge and dinning areas. All the staff I interacted with were courteous, efficient and came across as genuine.
I found the room clean, large, quiet and well maintained, the "hospital bed tray" was something I hadn't seen in a hotel before, but it was a nice addition.. The shower was very spacious, powerful and hot.
The restaurant food was good I had shepherds pie and the greens medley one evening and really enjoyed it. It was a nice touch that the staff asked how it was and then then checked in again to see if I wanted to order anything else. There was a good selection at breakfast (everything I wanted anyway) and when the orange juice ran out I mentioned it to a member of staff and they filled it up immediately.

The hotel is better than most of the competition in the same price bracket and I would recommend it to others

The staff at the hotel were genuinely excellent — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the place. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the food. We ordered dishes that were recommended to us, but they were extremely disappointing. Portions were very small, poorly presented, and simply not enjoyable. Another person in our group ordered a burger, but what arrived was practically non-existent.

When we raised the issue, even the staff admitted that the quality of the food depends on which chef is working that day — and one of them even said she wouldn’t eat it herself. That really says it all.

It’s a real shame because there are no other food options nearby, so the hotel has the market to itself and clearly doesn’t feel any pressure to maintain decent standards. With a bit of effort, this could be a fantastic experience, but at the moment the food seriously lets the whole place down.

Bedroom comfortable as is the bed but only 1 pillow per person.Tv Did not work, couldn’t get an aerial signal. No phone to ring reception and went twice no staff on reception. Due to disability I gave up. Due to overlooking the car park I was woken up at 5.30 by noise. Restaurant staff were very disorganised food was coming out of kitchen at totally different times. Cottage pie was cold by the time the veg came out. No choice of desserts. Cake only no good for diabetic customers.
Breakfast was a disaster, every item was brought out at totally spaced out times. Ended up doing without. Would I go back. Probably not especially because of the 1 pillow.

Food cancelled early with no help. Told nothing could be done and allowance was lost. Couldn’t help at all apparently. Was useless.

I had the pleasure of hosting a dinner in Crewe and I needed to find a venue - having used this hotel before, a few years ago, I thought we’d give it a go… and I’m glad we did.
The hotel is in great condition, the rooms are clean, the bar area and reception clean, light and airy and the staff are lovely.
There were 34 of us and the function room was ideal - food was very nice and again, the service was great. I didn’t have any complaints highlighted to me at all - although I think a draft ‘ale’ would have been most welcome by some.
Really good value compared with any other credible alternative venues in the area.
Massive thanks to the team, they all seem really loyal to the hotel and this shows in the level of service and care.

I enjoyed my one night stay and would happily return if I visit Crewe. The hotel is within close proximity to the train station in a quiet area , with clean and spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast.

Very clean comfortable room.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Shower was efficient, but the towels were a bit scratchy

Perfect - check in was easy, big room and bathroom, good selection of teas in room, good TV in room, good breakfast and standard check out at 12 means there was no rush in the morning
