Let us check in early and was pretty clean.

Cons:

I was charged for a room service item that I did not use. I could tell it was missing when I checked in because everything else was full. They charged me because they didn’t stock it before our stay. This is sloppy behavior.

A nightmare in a construction site
Pros:

I booked the hotel for a business trip, location was convenient for what I needed. The property though is undergoing major renovation but, didn't have the courtesy to inform its clients. The lobby is actually a construction site and what's even worse is that they are accommodating clients in rooms that are right by where the works are going on. I was assigned a room right underneath where they are doing renovations and had to cope with workers drilling, literally drilling, the entire afternoon, on top if my head. I called the from desk reporting the problem but beside saying they were sorry, didn't do anything. Not even tried to offer any help or change my room Needless to say that they want see me again but if you are going to book the hotel please be aware of the building construction and ask them fro confirm that your room won't suffer from noise
