Im absolutely disappointed at the customer service of this hotel . I will never recommend anyone here & I will be leaving a review everywhere that allows me too! For starters im a single mother with 2 kids UNDER 2 immediately AFTER I payed for our stay I was told they couldn’t give me the room I paid for. It was late and I needed to get my babies to bed so I pushed forward. Then I was told to bring my vehicle to valet, which was expected but my problem lies in how rude they was with the short answers & rude stares. I then ask if I can have a luggage dolly considering I could not carry my 2 babies and all of our luggage with out it . I was told no and also did not receive any help to accommodate the fact that they were unwilling to get me a dolly. I continued on considering I already paid for the room and for valet. When I get up to the room it’s absolutely inappropriate! The website does not make it clear that this is not a family friendly hotel & I am absolutely disappointed & disgusted from the bodily fluids & neglected furniture to the evidence of sex EVERYWHERE . I had to put down clothes just to feel comfortable allowing my babies to sleep here & for THE PRICE ?! I’m extremely upset will be leaving picture proof evidence everywhere I can considering this hotel does not make it clear that this is a adult hotel ! & I have yet to mention the concierge who WOULD NOT STOP starring at me I felt like this hotel was not safe !
