Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett bequem.
Was den Waschtisch im Bad betrifft, der hat mich von der Höhe her, an meine Grundschulzeit erinnert. 😀
Mein Fazit lautet: Wenn ich wieder einmal nach Alzey kommen sollte, dann wieder ins Hotel Klingelhöffer.

Gemütliches altes Familien Hotel modern aufgepeppt
Pros:

Renovierung gelungen, Frühstück sehr gut (viel Auswahl) freundliches Personal, schöne Lounge, ruhiges schönes Zimmer, Bad mit Tageslicht und Regendusche, kostenloses Parken direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

Heizung und Wasser am ersten Abend kalt, man(n) kommt mit Generalschlüssel nach einmal klopfen einfach ins Zimmer (hatte schon den Schlafanzug an). Eher unangebracht.
