Fab location, great value for money. Would stay there agsi
Pros:

Fab location. Bus station on your doorstep to get to Thorpe Park etc. Friendly staff, nice rooms and comfy bed.

Cons:

The only problem was the mira shower seemed to faulty. Maybe it was me, not used to set the temperature.

Great stay
Pros:

I booked through booking.com then thought to check the reviews. It didnt look good and then worried but I had nothing to worry about. We had no problem with the hotel. It was comfort in a great location the shower was powerful. The staff where friendly. We would definitely come back

Recommend Staying Here
Pros:

Lots of useful items in the hotel e.g., iron, ironing board, mini fridge, good sized TV, heater, fan and some more typical items too. All in working order and easy to use. The staff were really friendly and the hotel in general was really nice.

Cons:

There was some mould in the bathroom, and there was no holder for the shower head so I had to hold it with one hand while I scrubbed with the other. Not that big of a deal, just a little inconvenience. Everything else was fab!

Nice but thin walls
Pros:

The view from the property was really amazing looking over the river was a nice way to start the day. The room was really nice and facilities were fine.

Cons:

The walls are really thin. My room 23 had a connector door to another room. Unfortunately that couple were having an argument and you could hear everything. They also played their tv through the night which could also be heard. I reported it to the night staff but nothing seemed to really change. At 7:30 am they were awake with music playing. All in all I got 2 hours sleep.

Quiet friendly good size room

Cons:

Mould on walls tap dripping and when tried to stop it the tap turns in the sink dried blood on bathroom door some form off food or drink on the wall
