Cons:

Room was smelly - food smell (like kebab) - hotel tired & not very clean. I stayed 3 nights - after first night I put sign on door to be cleaned & left just after 9 came back to hotel at 1pm room still not cleaned. Told reception & room was straightened out bed made but smell remained - the rest of stay room was not touched or cleaned. Bath room tired only 1 tap working on sink. Shower over bath & shower difficult to use & shower head in need of clean - degunge. This hotel used to be nice over 10 years ago - I had my wedding reception there it looks the same not updated or refurbished battered & tired looking - no attention to detail when cleaning - won't be visiting again wouldn't recommend.

Pros:

Hoewel het hotel aan een nogal drukke weg ligt was het in onze kamer aan de achterkant heerlijk rustig. We werden gewekt door de vogeltjes. De receptioniste die ons hielp omdat hun telefonische helpdesk onze boeking niet kon vinden was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het restaurant was niet bepaald sfeervol, het was meer een brede doorgang en de voordeur die steeds openging blies de wind door het restaurant. Dan blijf je niet even gezellig zitten.

Good value but more staff presence and interaction would be good.
Pros:

Room was lovely - all looked recently decorated and fitted. Enjoyed being on the ground floor with a view of the river. Good value for money.

Cons:

Disappointed that car parking charges hadn't been made clearer (might be better to just include them in the room cost, which was reasonable).
Ran out of coffee and milk after first night but, as rooms are only serviced every three days, and we couldn't find anyone to ask we had to go without for the remainder of our stay.
Boiler issues meant no hot water on our second night so couldn't have a shower. These things happen but a note under the door with an apology would have helped.

Cons:

Bathroom Mira shower controls very tight dial Room 11 needs fixing as difficult to turn off!
Reported to reception.

We would have preferred a walk in shower due to disability.

Perto das lojas, transportes públicos, e muito para passear ao pé do rio

Cons:

Quando chegamos ao quarto, o otoclimo estava avariado e o aquecimento também estava avariado, depois encontramos em contacto com a recesinista, muito agradável, fomos logo para outro quarto e estava tudo bem.
