Close to amenities and London
Had to change rooms because of yapping dogs in room next door and my new room was of lower quality to what I booked and was right beside road traffic.
Also had to ask for an iron as none in the room as before and it was delivered late at night after I was asleep.
Disappointed with the quality of the room this time booking as I have booked here many times, like 5 in the last few months and then it was exceptional.
Brilliant location, right by the riverside. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. The head chef was very accommodating and met our needs. Clean and very comfortable. Easy parking. Wonderful riverside view from our balcony. We had an excellent stay and will return again very soon! Highly recommend.

Professional hotel (not a pub) in a great location on the river with riverside outside sitting/drinking/dining terrace. Charming helpful staff, particularly in bar/hospitality. Good evening menu for a hotel and at reasonable prices. Room was good, clean, sizable and with full bath. Hotel is well appointed and centrally located with parking adjacent.
Location for Satnav, indeed address is not clearly shown on check-in instructions which makes arrival by car confusing. Breakfast at list price would be too expensive for what is offered (deal was available when we stayed). Parking is charged extra (£10)

Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Reception staff amazing.
The man that apparently brought the bar area and pays £11,000 a year as he kept informing everyone was very very rude and ruined the stay. All 10 of us then purposely did not buy anything from the bar as he does not deserve it. We’ve stayed here a couple of years and it’s been brilliant until we meet him.

No lift, no teabags in room. Shower over bath was a bit hard to get in and out of
