Staff very welcoming
Nothing
It’s a lovely building with very comfortable rooms and public spaces. The staff are fab.
It’s on a busy road
Easy walking distance to old town. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Cosy, welcoming hotel with great restaurant
Spacious suite. Evening meal delicious. Friendly staff. Close to town.
No shower gel (empty bottle). No biscuits or water in room. Lunchtime vegetable soup terrible.
Excellent niche hotel friendly staff, good location.
Nothing in particular.
me encanto la decoración del cuarto y del baño, todo muy muy lindo, las ventanas y las vistas de la ventana
El colchón es un desastre , se hunde , no te podes dar vuelta porque se mueve un montón
Stylish conversion and unique room with a bath on the mezzanine
Slightly further from the centre than expected
Fantastic location close to the centre
Good location.
Drains in the bathroom made us gag. Bar was never attended and it felt like they were doing us a huge favour to pour a drink. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve slept in. Used to stay twice a year, gone down hill massively.
Room beautiful. Comfortable lounge areas. Exceptionally helpful staff. Knowledgable bar staff - Ben. Christina was a delight and so helpful and fabulous staff member on checkout x
Lovely looking hotel, great location. Bonus that there was parking.
We booked for my husbands birthday treat, unfortunately the room they gave us was very warm and also directly above the kitchen fans, which were very noisy. On calling reception, we were told that they would go off around 10pm and come back on around 7am. However, this was not the case. They were on all night, we couldn't get to sleep. I called the reception at 1.15am to ask them to be turned off but there was no answer. The room was extremely warm in February and the thermostat would not go any lower, so tried to let some fresh air in, but the windows hardly opened! The next morning, we spoke to the receptionist, she advised us to have our breakfast whilst she arranged to get us some kind of discount. The breakfast was sparce compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, we were really tired and disappointed in our stay and will not be staying again. The discount offered to us was minimal and did not suffice in compensating our experience.
Clean and comfortable room/bathroom. Good Breakfast.
Nothing
Breakfast was excellent as always
No warning that our suite was open plan so there was absolutely no bathroom privacy which was hugely disappointing. We should have been made aware prior to arrival. This was our third or fourth stay and I took a suite deliberately for added room etc. Table top was not cleaned well and previous occupants wipes or hotel staff wipes found in the room
