Enjoyed variety of food at breakfast. Omelet setup was a little difficult to understand, but once I understood the omelet was good. One thing missing from an American view point was waffle or pancake made for you like the omelet.

Roberto gave great service. Very professional and good suggestions.

This is our first stay at an NH Collection hotel, and very impressed. Located in a quiet part of Rome but within walking distance of most attractions. Everything about the hotel was first class, and the staff was most pleasant to deal with and most courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Maria, Marcella, and Salvatore at the front desk, Gabriella at breakfast, and the evening bartender during our stay, who I think was named Roberto. If all NH hotels are like this one, we’re a fan.

I had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Roma Giustiniano.

Location: First, the location was perfect. It is in a quiet, residential section of the Prati area. It is away from the crowded areas of Rome, but it was convenient to walk to most of the attractions and historical sites in Rome. It is only a 12-minute walk to Vatican City. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I felt safe staying at this hotel.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere and vibe of this hotel is great! There is a multilingual and multicultural staff. Every staff here was cordial, helpful, and had a pleasant attitude. This hotel is very beautiful and modern.

Room: I liked my room. I stayed in a Junior Room with a Balcony. It was quiet, spacious, and had plenty of storage. The only concerns that I had were the lack of light and lamp at the desk, instead of a walk-in shower it was a shower/tub combination, and the housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay. However, I had no problems with Guest Service assisting me with addressing concerns.

Value: The hotel is a little pricy, but it is not unreasonable for what they offer. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Food: The food here was great and the restaurant staff are hardworking people. I recommend trying the breakfast buffet, the restaurant, and the bar.

If you are looking for a good hotel to stay in while you are visiting Rome, then I recommend staying here.

This review is for the restaurant, in the hotel. We had dinner our first night staying at the hotel. Our server Roberto was amazing from start to finish. Honestly we did not expect much with it being a hotel restaurant, but they exceeded expectations from when we walked in. Great service , amazing food, great wine, and we finished with a killer desert. Ask for Roberto when you visit, and you can’t go wrong.

The neighbourhood was really good. Independent shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was fab, spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were so nice. Also if you need tickets for any of the sights you can get them through reception. Always buy the queue hopper as I have never seen queues like the ones we saw for the Vatican etc
