Highly recommend
Pros:

I frequently stay at NH when I travel so I was expecting the usual great quality and service, but honestly wasn’t expecting my check-in experience to end up being the main highlight of my first visit to Rome, as NH Collection Roma Giustiniano surprised me from the moment I walked in and picked me as “Guest of the Day” and got me an upgrade to a suite with some lovely extras. Truly such a warm welcome for a first night in the city.

The hotel is great by all means and it’s exactly what you would expect from NH, while Ali Mohamed was the exceptional greater addition as he was extremely professional, very attentive, and made me feel genuinely looked after and provided amazing recommendations for things to do and places to visit, and was more of a ‘local buddy’.

I also had lunch at the hotel and the burger was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while (as recommended by Ali of course). Loved it enough that I’m already booked to come back next week. Highly recommend.

Pros:

We had a spacious family room for four, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent - located in a peaceful area just outside the busy city center, 10 minutes walking from the Castel Sant'Angelo.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Hatte die Junior Suite im 6. Stock. Sehr sauber, mit Blick auf den Petersdom und die Engelsburg. Super Betten, habe fantastisch geschlafen. Frühstück....also wer da nix findet....Warme und kalte Speisen, sehr leckerer Kaffee. In 15 Minuten ist man am Petersdom. Das war das 2. Mal das ich in einem NH Hotel übernachtet habe, das erste Mal in Malaga.

Cons:

Einen Tip vielleicht ( hat aber nix mit dem Hotel zu tun). Nehmt euch BEQUEME Schuhe für Rom mit !!!!

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca del Vaticano, cerca de todo en realidad. Las habitaciones bastante bien, y nos permitieron hacer late check out. muy bueno el desayuno... super completo y el personal, fabuloso.

Cons:

nada que agregar. Solo estuvimos dos dias, por ende mucho no puedo decir de algo mal, al contrario. Gracias!
