Отлично!!!
Pros:

Очень хороший отель, старинное здание, совсем недалеко от центра, в отеле хороший ресторан.
Великолепные завтраки: на завтраке было буквально все) от паштетов до красной рыбы, компоты, свежие бельгийские вафли, много сыров, фруктов
Очень все вкусно
Хороший персонал, постель очень удобная, выбор подушек

Great Zakopane stay, with excellent spa, for short skiing trip
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful, and we really loved the spa (very much appreciated after a day of skiing!). The breakfast buffet on offer was really good, with lots of options and nice juices. The staff were really friendly too. Definitely recommend and would return.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm overnight and I couldn't work out how to turn the temp down, so ended up opening the balcony doors. Not too much of an issue though, but maybe the heating not so high would have made it more comfortable (maybe something to ask at reception). Overall, very nice!

Takéto hodnotenie po vlastnej skúsenosti sa hodnotí velmi lahko.
Pros:

Milé privítanie a personál velmi ustretový a s vecami ktoré som si nevedel pomôcť mi mile rádi poradili.Cena pobytu ktorú sme zaplatili ako sa hovorý dobrá investícia.Každému vrelo doporučujem.Určite tento hotel ešte minimálne raz navštívim.

Radosne chwile w stylowym otoczeniu.
Pros:

Swoboda, nienarzucająca się atmosfera, a jednocześnie subtelna elegancja hotelu pozostaje w pamięci na długo. Niezwykle miły personel, śniadania z imponującą różnorodnością smaków zachwycały bogactwem wyboru.

Bra läge, väldigt fin byggnad, bra frukost
Pros:

Läget var jättebra, väldigt fina sängkläder med fina kuddar och täcken

Cons:

Mindre bra var bristen på kommunikation, ingen eller väldigt lite engelska

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko PKP, blisko na Krupówki, dobre śniadania. Fajny klimat samego hotelu. Dostępny parking co prawda płatny dodatkowo.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, w przypadku parteru też raczej ciężko zostawić otwarte okno na noc

Great stay and experience
Pros:

I loved the Breakfast and the restaurant service in the facility. Especially their SPA experience is a must try after a long day of activities.
The staffs were wonderful and very helpful.

Cons:

I think this might seem a normal comment here, but the hotel did have its here and there remark like the wheelchair access not not there everywhere. Taking our baby trolley to the ground floor restaurant was tricky. But compared to the food provided you can always carry it down ;)

Allt. Sängarna, badrummet, SPA, frukosten är topp i Zakopane.

Hotel wymagajacy natychmisatowego remontu, kategoria 4* tylko w teorii. Łazienki fatalne.
Pros:

Hotel ma bardzo dobre śniadania, ktore częściowo rekompensują slabą jakość pokoi.
Piękny widok na gory - szkoda, ze brak jakichkolwiek krzesel na balkonie i szkoda, ze nie oddzielony lepiej od innych pokoi .

Bardzo slabe pokoje. Łazienki jak z lat dziewiędziesiatych XX. wieku. Ciasne i w starym stylu. BARDZO niewygodny uklad, fatalne WC, stary typ lazienkwych kosmetykow, nie jak w nowych hotelach. W pokoju mnustwo stojących gratow: wielka lampa, dwa stoły, pelno ulotek o niczym. Źle ustawiony telewizor, nie da sie ogladac z lózka (pokój 312). Gzyms nad lozkiem uniemozliwia siedzenie na lózku. Żenujący wlącznik prądu na klucz - trudno trafić aby wlączyc prad w pokoju, estatyka wlącznika slaba. Porysowane ściany wymagajace liftingu w pokoju. Wiela szada na meble i wielki zawalony gratami biurko zmniejsza faktyczną przestrzen w pokoju, tak samo wielkie lampy przy stolikach nocnych - nie ma jak polizyc laptopa gdziekolwiek.
Winda starego typu, porysowana od wewnatrz jak w hostelach. Wiele drewniane elementy na korytarzach wymagajace remontu na juz.
Przytlaczający design, nie ma przestrzeni. W lazience nad mega startm prysznicem gipskarton maskujacy rure kanalizacyjną.
