Cons:

I stayed 1 night and then extended 1 more night. The first room was good. The second one when i was booking through booking.com had the same pictures as last night. But the room was half the size, the toilet was so small that you cant use facility if you open its door, and worst, the commode was hanging to high that a 6ft person's feet would hang off when sitting. Also it was loud.

Oh and they said booking.com made calculations wrong and asked for more money even after i paid when checking in. Not about money, but to say what was advertised was wrong and more was needed was a bad customer service.

First and last , never again

The location was good .

Cons:

The property is first do all very h expensive for no good reason. The suites have a very cold vibe , bathrooms have no bathmats, the ac doesn’t work , in fact I had to call a technician at 3.45 am ? And the ac either works on full blast or doesn’t work . No one checks if the moisturiser is over or not, you’ll have to call for hand towels . The hotel needs to be handled by professional people with finesse. This was my first and last stay.

Decent Hotel at a nice location.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the Saket area, a pleasant and upscale part of Delhi known for its vibrant atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is situated within the Select Citywalk Mall complex, making it extremely convenient for guests. There is a direct side entrance from the hotel into the mall, which offers a wide range of dining and shopping options.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well insulated, so you hardly hear any outside noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The reception operates 24/7, and the staff are always available to assist when needed.

Breakfast is decent, offering a variety of Indian dishes as well as continental options. There are also different juices, coffee, and cakes available, providing a decent selection to start the day.

The rooftop pool area is decent as well. It could benefit from a bit of an upgrade

Cons:

The rooms are equipped with a high-tech console to control the lighting. However, whenever there was a power outage and the system switched to backup power (and then back again), all the lights in the room and bathroom automatically turned on. This happened several times during the night and woke both us and the kids repeatedly.

After a long flight, we were extremely tired and hoping to get some proper rest, but this issue kept disturbing our sleep and became quite frustrating. It would be helpful if this system could be adjusted so the lights do not automatically switch on during power transitions.

The property is very conveniently located within Select city Mall. Internal access to the Malls. We were upgraded to a Suite which was very convenient. Clean facilities. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and supportive and helpful. Hoshyar Singh on our floor was very in ensuring our room was well maintained. The breakfast is good 👍 excellent 👌 coffee
