The hotel is located in the Saket area, a pleasant and upscale part of Delhi known for its vibrant atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is situated within the Select Citywalk Mall complex, making it extremely convenient for guests. There is a direct side entrance from the hotel into the mall, which offers a wide range of dining and shopping options.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well insulated, so you hardly hear any outside noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The reception operates 24/7, and the staff are always available to assist when needed.
Breakfast is decent, offering a variety of Indian dishes as well as continental options. There are also different juices, coffee, and cakes available, providing a decent selection to start the day.
The rooftop pool area is decent as well. It could benefit from a bit of an upgrade
The rooms are equipped with a high-tech console to control the lighting. However, whenever there was a power outage and the system switched to backup power (and then back again), all the lights in the room and bathroom automatically turned on. This happened several times during the night and woke both us and the kids repeatedly.
After a long flight, we were extremely tired and hoping to get some proper rest, but this issue kept disturbing our sleep and became quite frustrating. It would be helpful if this system could be adjusted so the lights do not automatically switch on during power transitions.
The property is very conveniently located within Select city Mall. Internal access to the Malls. We were upgraded to a Suite which was very convenient. Clean facilities. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and supportive and helpful. Hoshyar Singh on our floor was very in ensuring our room was well maintained. The breakfast is good 👍 excellent 👌 coffee

Proximity to mall enabled to access options of cafes/restaurants easily.
We were upgraded on check in to a suite. So very spacious + kitchen facility.
Unfortunately the swimming pool was exposed to the elements so uninviting due to it being windy.
Not ideal - found toenail clippings from previous customer on floor beside bed.

The hotel is clean and location is good. Right next to Select Citywalk Mall. Good breakfast. Our stay was made very comfortable by the personnel specially Mr Hoshiyar Singh and Jozaf. Recommended stay.

Smell in corridors , of stale air . Toilets were not clean . First time this gas happened in my many stays here . So probably a oversight somehow
The room was clean, comfortable and good enough.
The staff was not attentive, not helpful, did not greet or made me as the guest feel welcome. They listened to a specific request and forgot to take care of it.
Breakfast was really bad, location uninviting, staff lot attentive, food selection very poor.
Construction in the mall started super early and made my room vibrate 2 hours before my alarm.

A well positioned hotel in Saket. It is near all the shopping centres with easy access to transport. Check-in was quick and professional. The rooms are dated, and well worn. They need a refresh as do the bathrooms. Breakfast was proficient. This is more of a business hotel than a touring hotel. What makes this hotel special is its service centric staff.
I have had a great experience at this place perfect location and service.
