Pros:

Overall service. Prompt response.
VERY GOOD EXPERIANCE. All Front office staff were excellent particularly Simran. Room service was very good.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Need to improve bit of service of fried items like Puri/Bhuture etc. it took little bit time to replenish.

Pros:

The rooms were nice. Everyone was sweet. The security were polite. However, personally I am not a fan of the interiors and I felt there's no place like home. This is a personal opinion. If you like a clean and a polite service with utmost hospitality, go for it.

Good location.
Pros:

Great location, helpful and courteous staff. One room was upgraded and very spacious and clean.

Cons:

One room was very small, tires, and not clean. Lights and AC were difficult to manage (could not turn down AC).

Great hotel in City walk mall
Pros:

Good hotel inside the Nexus city walk mall . Entry from back gate of mall . Staff is polite , rooms are big in size.

Cons:

There is too much suffocation at breakfast hall. Not one day . It’s always like this . They have to improve their service .
