We were informed on arrival that we were not entitled to sr discount or CAA because we booked through booking.com. Our room looked onto the air conditioning units that provided no view and were loud.

Pros:

The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was delicious and alot of varieties for young and old. The staff were supportive and always smiling. Even after checked out they let us go in the room to collect our belongings that we forgot. The lady in the morning shift helped me to get it without any arguments or excuses. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

My son didn’t like and asked to write, “The tv has no channels except one”.

Paying for services not available and they refused any level of refund.

Beds were comfortable, entrance was clean. Breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

Was not notified that the pool was down for maintenance. Not when we arrived or when we called the front desk at 7am to confirm the hours for the pool. After breakfast, we asked where the pool was and they then told us then that it was broken and no one would be coming to fix it (as it was a Sunday). The singular reason we booked this hotel was the pool. There were two in quispamsis that had a pool, and we chose wrong obviously. We went through booking.com because I am tired of paying for services not rendered. I agreed to a price for a hotel with a pool for my family and I didn’t get one. The hotel refused to find any reconciliation through booking.com. Won’t ever stay there again.
