Pros:

The single bed was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and welcoming, very professional.

Great overall experience.
Pros:

Rooms we very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant team was very friendly. Food and drinks were excellent. Even the early morning continental breakfast since as we left at 5am was very thoughtful.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We spent 3 nights and their service was amazing.. clean and spacious room and a beautiful garden which is perfectly maintained. Not only the rooms but also the restaurant, front hall and the outside were very clean..Food and the staff in the restaurant were amazing.. Everything went well and it’s a great place.. thank you for making our holiday experience unforgettable.. ☺️ This hotel is highly recommended for all..

Pros:

Location was very good , Staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The room was quite dated and outside the window was air conditioning unit which was noisy all night , the window was open because it was very warm . Breakfast was lukewarm .
Not worth the money we paid

Pleasant visit to Stornoway
Pros:

The Caberfeidh is an excellent hotel. You will find the rooms to be well appointed and clean.
Expect a friendly welcome to the hotel where the atmosphere calm. I found the hotel to be conveniently located to the centre of Stornoway where I had to attend for work. While I did find my room at the back of the hotel a little noisy at night (situated over an area where there was some form of plant situated (either heating or refrigeration) this would not prevent me from seeking to return or indeed recommending the Hotel to others.
Finally, the evening meal and breakfast were excellent!

A pleasant enough stay but value for money???? Not quite there
Pros:

The hotel was well presented and room was lovely. Very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful especially with dietary requirements for the evening meal. Plenty of parking.
My husband didn’t enjoy his breakfast as it was served as buffet in heated containers. Hard mushrooms, bacon etc. didn’t attempt an egg. I had continental which was ok. It would prevent us staying again as it matters. We’ve paid less and had breakfast cooked to order.
So on the whole the service was good and ambience fine. But… breakfast???

Pros:

Lovely hotel, comfortable with friendly staff and a great restaurant. The breakfast was delicious with buffet options as well as menu choices. I would definitely stay there again.
