The staff were excellent. The food was great and my room comfortable and clean.
Gorgeous single room
Nothing
Exceptional sea views.
Friendly staff.
Good food.
Disabled access signposting misleading as it's through a fire door. You do need to talk to reception first otherwise very good access.
We stayed 5 nights and found the hotel excellent - we had room 6 with a delightful bay window where you can sit and watch the world go by. The breakfasts were excellent and prepared freshly to order. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent. Service was superb from all staff members.
Nothing!
Comfortable room in the heart of Stornoway on the harbour front. It has two great restaurants off the reception areas and I found those perfect to spend the evening in.
But most of all the staff were as lovely as you get. In particular I remember Lena and Gillian as being so helpful but everyone was just great and friendly.
The rooms and staff were good.
The food was poor considering it was so expensive.
Lovely room and really comfortable bed ! Shower was great . Friendly staff and everywhere was very clean
Breakfast wasn’t that great but the coffee was good 😊
The bar and restaurant in the hotel were both excellent, the food was delicious although a little pricey, but given the location and the high quality I'd expect to pay a little more.
The room was more traditional, they maybe require a bit of investment. Also the bed was a standard double (although I was aware of this at the time of booking) which is a little small for my liking, but comfortable none the less.
food in both restaurants - VERY GOOD.
Friendly helpful staf.
Really helpful & friendly staff. Big, very clean room with comfy bed, decent shower and good selction of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Excellent choice and food quality at breakfast, and the food in the hotel restaurant, the Boathouse, was fantastic.
£207 per night is a little expensive.
Excellent location. Fantastic food
