Location is great!
Poor lighting in washrooms, black hairs on bed sheets and old blood stains on the mattress pad.
I love the friendly staff and very comfy beds. Breakfast is also a huge perk as its table service.
Those elevators
I had a great stay at Podollan Inn & Spa in Grande Prairie. My room was nice, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The included breakfast was a nice bonus — fresh, tasty, and a good way to start the morning. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’d happily stay here again.
Room was good. Breakfast was excellent. No road noise. Can not hear your neighbours. Generally a quiet room.
The incoming heat exchange vents are too small, hence causes the air, that enters with velocity, to whistle. The start up makes enough noise to wake a person that is a light sleeper. Patches on the carpet, need to be properly glued, not stapled. Existing repairs are a tripping hazard.

The room was clean and the hotel was centrally located.
The tv was not working and when we tried to call the desk the phone was not working. Also, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
We always stay here when travelling to Grande prairie! It is an older hotel and it shows but the staff is excellent the rooms are clean. We love the jacuzzi suite!
This was a great value. The room was updated and very nice, especially the bathroom. It was the best complimentary breakfast (excellent food, table service, friendly servers, nice restaurant setting).
Breakfast, room, and bed were all good. We enjoyed that aspect. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very courteous.
Requested additional supplies on our second day; we got some, but the rest never arrived. The room assigned us was at the end of the hall way. It was a long work for people our age. Parking was another issue. It took us a while to find parking at the night. Elevator was very noisy.
