The location is great for us, as we're traveling back to the Yukon when we stop here. The staff is always happy and helpful. Jax is a lovely restaurant where you can get a nice meal and drinks.

Room was newly renovated with spacious bathroom with separate shower stall. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet. Morning breakfast, with it’s choice of items offered variety and a good breakfast.

The pillows were not comfortable at all. Lumpy and hard. Woke up several times and my neck was sore all day. The hotel needs to update hallways, very worn and tired looking. Elevators screech .
The location was great for us. The breakfast was included and was good. Great coffee in the restaurant.
There were maintenance issues that we told the front staff about.
The breakfast was really good! It was quiet on the side they put us on and the curtains blocked out the light so it was nice and dark for sleeping. Parking was convenient, check in and check out was easy.
The pillows were too big, I had to sleep without one or risk kinking my neck. I noticed other people brought their own. There was no where to hang your clothes which isn't bad in summer but in winter, that could be an issue. We hung our clothes on the chair.
Loved the breakfast choices and very fast service. Nice and close to Bear Creek park and the Folk Festival.Ha
Hallway carpet on third floor definitely needs to be replaced.
