Pros:

Overall it was clean

Cons:

The bathrooms were less and not attached. When 4 bedrooms accommodation is there, bathrooms must be 4 and attached. You are not very precise while narrating the property

Very comfortable and reasonably priced apartment
Pros:

Perfectly placed to get anywhere you want in central Wellington. Everything was super comfy too. We very much needed a few day to relax and this fit the bill.

Cons:

Minor things but maybe 6 of everything like mugs and cutlery would be good. We were running the dishwasher only part full. Some spare bin bags for slightly longer stays too.

We will definitely book the hotel again when we come back to Wellington sometime in the future

Location. Price. Amenities, particularly the washer/dryer

Cons:

We booked a car park but our room was in the other tower so having to take suitcases outside across uneven surfaces was a little difficult.
Nowhere to park while checking in.

Modern very clean in the city.
Pros:

Modern, very clean, fully equiped kitchen and washing machine.

Cons:

I took the studio option because I thought it offered a king bed over the one bedroom. Studio is very small and bed seemed small and not very comfortable mattress or pillows. The washer dryer combo machine takes hours to dry your clothes and then they still have wet patches. A seperate washer and seperate dryer would be much better.
