Highly Recommended – Excellent in Every Way
Pros:

The fact that you provide your own private car park was fantastic. Having a luggage trolley available and lift access made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
It was a miserable, cold day when we arrived, so it was especially appreciated to find that the suite had been thoughtfully warmed in advance. It's those little touches that make a real difference and help create such a positive experience.

Always a pleasure and friendly staff
Pros:

Walking distance to my work and gym. Safe and comfortable car parking. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

The lift in the older tower can take a while to get to your floor. I mainly book in the newer tower but park in the carpark so waiting for the lift to take me to the ground floor so I can walk across to the newer tower.

Pros:

Hotel was a short walk to the waterfront, restaurants etc. We were able leave car in the car park for our 3 days stay. Our room was an apartment which was great for any cooking and relaxing.

Had great time. Visited Te Papa and found so many great places to eat!!
