Helpful staff and tidy apartment
Pros:

Very happy. Check in was at 2pm but they managed to get us in at 9:30am which was very helpful. Highly recommend

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean & Roomy
Pros:

Handy location, quiet, comfortable and clean. Paid for carpark which accommodated our large 4x4. Our 1 bedroom suite was roomy & great for our group of 3.

Didn’t like the bed could not sleep on it. We were an end room so had lights from next door building shining into bedroom
And you were unable to sleep because of it. Worst 2 nights stay we have had in awhile.

Highly Recommended – Excellent in Every Way
Pros:

The fact that you provide your own private car park was fantastic. Having a luggage trolley available and lift access made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
It was a miserable, cold day when we arrived, so it was especially appreciated to find that the suite had been thoughtfully warmed in advance. It's those little touches that make a real difference and help create such a positive experience.
